Best Christmas roast ever!

A lot of fat and the meat is fairly tough you have to tenderize it. But it works for what I want it for.

happy with the quality of the cut, meat just wish they had provided a larger size; size ordered was larger.

Meat looked good on the top but it had a thick layer of fat on the bottom. Made 4 meals a roast, 2 stews and some steaks.

We had this for Christmas instead of Ham cooked in instapot and it was delicious

Good quality nicely trimmed

I love to slow cook this to eat by itself, sliced, or as chunks in other dishes.

An awful lot of fat on this piece of expensive beef.
