Best Christmas roast ever!

Love these, can make a roast, couple of steaks and fajitas all with one of these.

Tender with lots of flavir.

Fattest in town, as well as the cheapest. The only downside is to expect to pay for 1-2lb of fat.

happy with the quality of the cut, meat just wish they had provided a larger size; size ordered was larger.

Meat looked good on the top but it had a thick layer of fat on the bottom. Made 4 meals a roast, 2 stews and some steaks.

I love to slow cook this to eat by itself, sliced, or as chunks in other dishes.

Great meat for family dinner—a little bit tough for my liking
