A lot of fat and the meat is fairly tough you have to tenderize it. But it works for what I want it for.

This was nice piece of meat very soft and tasty but it had some extra water in it, about 20%. But price was acceptable.

i cut it up into 2" steaks. A little tough. Sometimes other stores have it as a special t a lower price.

I used this to slice into steaks. Great price! I like the way I can cook this in various ways. Good value.

Terrific product. I got 6 steaks n 2 medium roasts. Meat is tender, tasty & well trimmed.
