Saw the strip steak while looking for another cut of meat and could not pass them up for the look and price. Really tender and delicious when served.

The first time I bought prime meat was through Sam's, while it cost more you eat less because it is more fulfilling.

They are large enough that we can split and have plenty to eat. This makes a very affordable steak dinner.

These are excellent! Just purchased them Sag MI, and was pleasantly surprised . They turned out fabulous on the Blackstone.
