I got these for dinner and made them as I usually do, medium rare. They where sooooo tough! Had me questioning my cooking skills that I'd until I saw these reviews, nope it wasnt me. Just a poor cut of meat.

These steaks were processed so poorly that they were inedible. The interconnecting fat was gristle and the silver skin left on trim sides. Just terrible. These are definitely not prime quality, not even close.

I buy all my meat at Sam's. The prime beef is very well priced and is very high quality beef. Try buying the same quality from the local butcher or grocery store. 30% plus higher.

I don't read the price, just knowing it's going to be a pretty competitive price in my neighborhood. The steaks vary in quality so I do look them over pretty critically.

Delicious! Prime steaks are now available for purchase at Sam's Club. They are one of the few providers of this superior quality steak. For a tender tasty steak, try the prime steaks for a reasonable price per pound at Sam's!

It's very difficult to find Prime beef, and sand is very competitively priced. I was never a big fan of NY Strip streaks but prime makes them delicious again!

This was by far the worst cut of beef I've ever bought. The steak was tender, but it was full of sinew. Every single bite required me to pull silvery skin/tendon out of my mouth. Save your money.

Great value and good selection. Smaller packages would be helpful since not all shoppers buy for large groups or families. Many shoppers like me are a one or two member household and smaller packages would be helpful.

Purchased during first shopping on the day we joined Sam's. Our plan was to grill them for our Valentines Day dinner. My piece was NOT a prime grade. I could not chew 25-33% of this piece of meat. The remaining part was not that great. The other piece, consumed by my wife, was not much better. We both agreed to not purchase this item again. It would have been returned had if we were not going into a pandemic

Not a good purchase. Please get better vendors.
