[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NatureMade is a trusted brand that I like to use. I haven't regularly used magnesium citrate, so I was intrigued by this product. So far so good, but I haven't used them very long (and I think it would be better to judge their effectiveness after more extended use). I do appreciate that they are offered as a softgel as sometimes vitamins and minerals don't taste the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy bottle to open. Very clearly readable label. I did find it rather difficult to swallow such large capsules. Once I was able to swallow the caplets, I did not have any issues with upset stomachs. I would recommend this supplement vitamin for adults under the age of 70 who are capable of swallowing large capsules.

I'm sorry I took my first two soft gels and had trouble swallowing them! I wish I had of known how large they were and I would have ordered the gummies! !! I ordered these from my pharmacy because on my doctors order I needed to try these... I live alone so it really scared me, thought it was going to go down.

I really enjoyed taking Nature Made’s Magnesium Citrate 250mg capsules. I like to take magnesium supplements for it’s suggested health benefits such as muscle relaxation. Other supplements I have tried have had some side effects but these went down perfectly and I had no issues whatsoever. They are in an easy to swallow gel form, and although it is a larger pill, it went down very easily and smoothly. They had no discernible taste or smell, nor do they have any aftertaste. The citrate form is supposed to be an easier to digest formula—which is a major positive for someone like me whose digestive system goes through food and nutrients quickly. Overall, I found these to be an effective product that worked, were easy to take, and convenient.

Hi I just bought this for my husband. This vitamin is humongous? Why is made way too big I felt you have to chug a litter of water so it go down. Now we are stuck with it and I can’t just throw it away is expensive. Two star because we just started it today.
