I had been taking a different form of Magnesium supplement that actually gave me really bad leg cramps, so I was hesitant to try them again. But I read up on the differences in the supplement forms and their benefits and decided to give the Citrate form a try. I have only been taking them for about a month, but some of the changes I have already noticed is I no longer have palpitations, I even more "regular" than before, and no leg cramps. I notice that a lot of people complain about the size, especially since the daily recommended dose is two capsules, and I get it. They are really big, but I don't have a problem with that and if size isn't a problem for you and you need a good magnesium supplement. I say give these a try.

Magnesium Citrate is a great way to prevent serious muscle cramps, especially if you're taking diuretics (water pills, meds for high blood pressure/hypertension/HTN). While on diuretics, I took 1 cap in AM & 1 in PM. Now that I'm off the diuretics, i take 1 cap in the AM. It's surprising how well this works.

Product and delivery were fine. I really enjoyed being able to order products and have them delivered as I’m elderly. The free delivery was a large part of my being a plus member for years. Now that you’re charging to deliver I won’t use it very often.

The citrate form is easier for the body to absorb, so you actually get more of it. It's easier to adjust the dosage with 250 mg than it is with 400 mg.

My mom was complaining about knee amd joint pain. She also has pne BM per day and not what is considered normal by medical standards. I was told by my physician that magnesium may help with her symptoms. I started my mom on this product about a month ago and I have not heard her complaining about her knee pain and also has 2 to 3 BMs per day.

The capsules are larger than I thought they would be. They are easy to swallow.

This pill is enormous. My 86 yo mother needs to take magnesium and I purchased these on sale and nope, that will never happen, not with these. And 2 a day? Y'all nutz? I wouldn't take it and I don't have the issues with taking pills like my poor mom does. Thing is, I believe the previous tablets were Nature Made and yes, excessively large...but nothing like this. It's hard to stress just how big these are, even if you're given the measurements.
