Product and delivery were fine. I really enjoyed being able to order products and have them delivered as I’m elderly. The free delivery was a large part of my being a plus member for years. Now that you’re charging to deliver I won’t use it very often.

Magnesium Citrate is a great way to prevent serious muscle cramps, especially if you're taking diuretics (water pills, meds for high blood pressure/hypertension/HTN). While on diuretics, I took 1 cap in AM & 1 in PM. Now that I'm off the diuretics, i take 1 cap in the AM. It's surprising how well this works.

I had been taking a different form of Magnesium supplement that actually gave me really bad leg cramps, so I was hesitant to try them again. But I read up on the differences in the supplement forms and their benefits and decided to give the Citrate form a try. I have only been taking them for about a month, but some of the changes I have already noticed is I no longer have palpitations, I even more "regular" than before, and no leg cramps. I notice that a lot of people complain about the size, especially since the daily recommended dose is two capsules, and I get it. They are really big, but I don't have a problem with that and if size isn't a problem for you and you need a good magnesium supplement. I say give these a try.

This was prescribed to take by my neurologist. It has nearly eliminated many of my restless legs syndrome and neuropathy symptoms. Good brand, very pleased!

My mom was complaining about knee amd joint pain. She also has pne BM per day and not what is considered normal by medical standards. I was told by my physician that magnesium may help with her symptoms. I started my mom on this product about a month ago and I have not heard her complaining about her knee pain and also has 2 to 3 BMs per day.

These softgels are long, close to an inch in size. I don't like pills that are unnecessarily long.

Very disappointed. These capsules are the biggest capsule/pill I have ever seen. They induce chocking unless you are able to swallow something large. Wish I had known before spending money on them.
