I have not experienced leg cramps while sleeping since starting the Magnesium Citrate. My leg cramps were really strong. It is so nice to get a good nights rest.

The capsules are purple and very large to swallow. I am able to get them down smoothly but be aware they are very large if you have a problem with large vitamins.

I use the Magnesium with Citrate to help relieve my leg cramps. I think they work pretty well. It's hard to tell how well they actually work, since I still get them, but just not as often.

The citrate form is easier for the body to absorb, so you actually get more of it. It's easier to adjust the dosage with 250 mg than it is with 400 mg.

I use this supplement for multiple reasons. It's kind of a large capsule but is easy to swallow. It doesn't upset my stomach like some other magnesium supplements I have tried.

This pill is enormous. My 86 yo mother needs to take magnesium and I purchased these on sale and nope, that will never happen, not with these. And 2 a day? Y'all nutz? I wouldn't take it and I don't have the issues with taking pills like my poor mom does. Thing is, I believe the previous tablets were Nature Made and yes, excessively large...but nothing like this. It's hard to stress just how big these are, even if you're given the measurements.

Horrible size! HUGE! Horse pills! Ridiculous!

These softgels are long, close to an inch in size. I don't like pills that are unnecessarily long.

I have tried other magnesium citrate but none work as well as this brand. I use it to keep headaches at bay. It works!

This is a wonderful product and Sam's Club had it at the size and price that made my pocketbook happy.
