I bought two of these roasts on my last trip and all I had to do is ask the meat cutters to split it into two roasts. They did so politely and asked if I needed or if I needed any thing else they were happy to help! The roasts were just fantastic and we all said it was the best we have had in a long time. So thanks Greensburg's Wal-Mart!
