Frozen Bulk Pizza Dough Crusts

Love that the pizza dough is already flat and round . I let the dough rise on my Large sized pizza pan, then spread out to edges of pizza pan . You can use just thawed, don’t let rise (gives a thin crust) or let rise on pizza pan ( gives a nice thick crispy crust) . 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% . They are the best pizza crusts for your money !

Great for Use in Pizza Oven!

I took a huge risk buying these sheets for our pizza oven. The outcome was worth it! Our family loves gourmet pizzas and they cost a lot of money at the restaurant. Each of these sheets can make 4 gourmet pizzas, so about 84 pizzas can be made!! The crust turned out Nepolitano and it tastes great after just 30 minutes thaw time. Beats making your own dough which takes over ight and all day. Great value!!!!

pleasantly surprised

First time making pizza from scratch, including my own sauces, I defrosted one pizza sheet in fridge overnight, cut in half folded each one into itself to form a ball, placed on a pan covered with a damp towel and placed in the oven for about 3.5 hours (do not turn the oven on) to let rise. Punched flat and rolled each dough ball into about a 10 to 12 inch flat, placed my toppings on and cooked on my Kamado Joe pit at 420 for 15 minutes. They were perfect. I made on with pizza sauce and one with Alfredo sauce and the Alfredo sauce was the best!. Don’t forget to use flour when working the dough.

Like the dough balls, but better!

Great product. Used to buy the dough balls, this helps save a step and defrosts MUCH quicker. Really no need for instructions. It is frozen raw pizza dough that is already rolled out. It only takes at room temp around 1 - 1.5 hours to fully defrost. I just heat the oven for like 40 seconds at 200 to get it slightly above room temp, grease a 16 inch round pan with olive oil, throw the frozen dough on it and put it in the oven to sit. If you wait longer then 1.5 hours it will rise a bit more also. After that sauce it and put your topping on then cook it at whatever temp you like. We like 425 for 10 minutes normally with this dough. Sometimes we do it higher temp for less time. Point being, don't be afraid to try different things. Try fully defrosting a frozen Pizza before cooking it sometime.

The Correct way is using this dough

At First I was not really happy with this product.(Since they don't carry dough balls anymore} You would put it on a pizza stone add Sauce,Cheese and whatever and the pie would get bubbles and the Dough would not taste that great. But to do it right have a Scale and cut the Dough after 1 hour in 3 pieces. Each one should be around 8oz(Use 1 and store the other 2 aways} Now I use the BEST pizza cheese (Grande}and Best Sauce (Tomato Magic} And I am able to get a Thin 14 inch pizza that taste greattttt. And have 2 extra Doughs for future pies. To me thats the best way to do it unless you are like many others that use this product and put Cheap cheese like Polly-O or other cheap brands..If you are going to make a pizza Cut it into 3 dough balls..............

Pre-Rolled Frozen Pizza Dough

This is a time saver, from having to make and form your own dough, but your freezer will need space for the box, I removed a shelf and put box in on its side and removed the card board from out facing side, so slide out like LP Records, The Blackstone Pizza Oven with rotating plate works very well with this dough on low at 500F. One could say these are the best.

Tasteless

The pizza dough is easy to use, but like the pizza at Sam's, there is no flavor to the dough. I guess it's good if you have to crank out pizzas in bulk cheaply, but it's not worth the labor at home even for the low cost. You end up wasting your ingredients which is the largest cost of the pizza.

👍

(1) crust makes (2) 12 inch pizzas. Highly recommend thawing pizza, rolling it into a ball, lightly coating with oil, covering the bowl with saran wrap, and letting it rize for (4) hours. --Or overnight on the fridge. Bake on pizza stone in 500-degree oven. Finish under the broiler.

Nice dough

We let this thaw on the counter for about 2 hours and it was excellent to work with! We baked it on a hot pizza stone at 445 for 15 minutes and it came out beautiful and delicious! Could have stretched it to a thin crust but then it would not have fit the pan. As it was, it was a normal crust thickness. Brushed some seasonings and butter on the crust after it came out. Can't beat that price!
