Not bad

First time user to this product- I purchased for a new start up business & I am experimenting… I like the prewrap crust… I added some spice onto of dough before I put the sauce & cheese… my technique is I cooked it on the BBQ for 20 mins… came out delicious. I will purchase again

So happy I found these!

My son has several food allergies, so we have to make his own pizza. We usually buy Pillsbury refrigerated dough, and its okay. But after finding these I am over the moon with how good it is!! Taste just like restaurant pizza!!! My sons loves it, and so do I!!! I read reviews to find baking instructions since they are oddly not included in the box. I either thaw on counter for 4 hours, or thaw over night in the refrigerator and then set out for 30-60 minutes before topping & baking it. I've been doing 425 for 15 mins and its worked out great! I would definitely recommend these!

very good and convenient

This pizza dough was very good. I read all the reviews and decided to defrost on my kitchen counter for 4 hours. Dough proofed beautifully. Cooked in a pizza oven without any issues. I personally prefer this dough compared to the dough balls. So easy and convenient.

Not as good as the pizza dough balls

I bought this a few weeks ago after the sam's club stores stopped getting the pizza dough balls. They are not as good. If you need a pizza smaller then 14" they do not re-shape well. The bags they are stored in are open so you need to use them pretty quickly after to take them out of the freezer. The also puff up quit a bit.

Frozen Bulk Pizza Dough Crusts

Love that the pizza dough is already flat and round . I let the dough rise on my Large sized pizza pan, then spread out to edges of pizza pan . You can use just thawed, don’t let rise (gives a thin crust) or let rise on pizza pan ( gives a nice thick crispy crust) . 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% . They are the best pizza crusts for your money !

backwards

I’m a graduate of a prestigious culinary school. I am also made pizzas commercially . I was extremely happy with the product Sams used to sell. This Product, however is inferior. Bring back pizza dough balls. They were great. These only work well if you defrost them and roll them into balls and let them rise before rolling then out.

Pretty good for the price, but let them rise

These are extremely convenient if you make a lot of pies (either at home or restaurant). Yes, if you have a pie press or can throw, the balls are easier, but in that case why not just get a bread mixer and toss ingredients in? This is great it you want something quick you can pull out of the freezer. My suggestion is to let the dough thaw and rise at a yeast-friendly temp (like in an oven on very low setting with a bowl of water) before cooking. If you do, they come out perfect IMO.

Best pre-made pizza dough

Purchased the case of pizza dough for school dance. Tried it out on staff and it was perfect. I pulled out a sheet to the refrigerator a couple of hours, then placed on a half square pan and stretched to fit. Gave it little more time to rise in the warmer. Added ingredients and worked in gas over at 4:50 for about 10-15 minutes and it was perfect.

members mark frozen pizza dough

There are NO INSTRUCTIONS in this. I finally called the company myself after trying Sams (they had no idea). So guys this is how you bake them:-You need a 16 inch pizza , then place frozen dough on greased pan. Cover. Thaw in frig overnight. Then shape to the 16 inch pan. Add toppings. Let sit to rise 15-30 minutes on counter. Bake at 420 degree oven (oven temps vary here). Bake on bottom rack - check half way through baking-if it gets too dark move to top rack. Bake for 15-18 minutes. The sitting to rise is what will make it crispy! I asked them to please let the company know to add the instructions for people. He said he would. So, guys- hope this helps! Cooking instructions

After many trial and errors we finally figured out the best way to cook so it taste pretty close to the dough balls which are 5 stars. So here it is...pull the pizza sheet out of the freezer, put wherever you want on it, and then throw it straight on to the oven rack at 415 while the dough is still FROZEN for 12.5 minutes. I don’t even preheat. You’re welcome :-)
