cheap, easy, %26 delicious! Preheat a seasoned pizza stone to 475°f, scatter a pinch of flour on a pizza peel so your crust won't stick, place the crust on the peel, load your toppings, then slide your creation onto the stone %26 enjoy the sizzle as your crust hits that stone! The crust comes out perfectly crisp %26 puffs up around the edges beautifully. Without the stone, these crusts are softer %26 kinda moist on baking sheets. I tried placing the frozen crust directly on the rack of a preheated oven but they're too thin to stiffen up %26 just melted through the rack. Total disaster. Get a pizza stone %26 these crusts are perfection!

Freezer space.

Can someone please post the measurements of the box they come in? I want to know how much freezer space they require. I wish they came in the 10/box still...

Perfect for parties

This crust was exactly what we needed for a large group, we baked them in our pizza oven and they came out pretty good. Each crust is oiled, so be aware of that if you're baking in a home oven, as it tends to stick on your peel.

Not good!!

I’ve tried six different was and with different toppings. This dough is easy but tastes awful with a cardboard consistency. The box is heavy and takes up a bit of space in the freezer. The only good point is the price! I’m going to give mine away.

OMG AMAZING

I generally don't leave reviews , but I needed to leave this one. This crust is amazing. I use a 16 inch pizza pan and it fits great. I read reviews about bubble but I've used 8 of these so far and only had one small bubble. I sit them out on the stove on the pizza pan for about 2 to 3 hours. I push the dough out to the edges add my sauce cheese and topping then cook at 415 for 15 minutes. I use the bottom rack for the pizza and the middle rack for cheese bread. It all cooked nicely. Very delicious. Plenty of dough to roll the edges around some cheese sticks to make stuffed crust. This makes pizza so easy.

Not as good as the pizza dough balls

I bought this a few weeks ago after the sam's club stores stopped getting the pizza dough balls. They are not as good. If you need a pizza smaller then 14" they do not re-shape well. The bags they are stored in are open so you need to use them pretty quickly after to take them out of the freezer. The also puff up quit a bit.

great dough

We used these crusts for the first time tonight. Sprayed pan, sat frozen sheet on pan, covered with plastic wrap, and waited 4 hrs. I pressed dough slightly to get to edge of 16” pan, Poked holes in crust (to prevent bubbles), Added sauce and toppings and cooked at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes (until cheese was browning). The crust cooked perfectly, and had a great taste. I couldn’t ask for an easier experience. Great product!!

Yumm

Bought this to make pizza, bread sticks and desserts at home. I let sit at room temp for 2-4 hours until dough rises. Then bake on pizza stone for 15 mins at 450F degrees. If using lots of sauce try baking crust first then topping. It will make the crust crispy instead of limp and lifeless. So many differnt uses and tastes great.

Make a ball. Let it rise.

if you don’t prepare the dough correctly it will come out poorly. Think of the flat sheet of dough as a future dough ball. Cut it in half or thirds or quarters after it’s defrosted and gently make a dough ball folding the edges under multiple times. This will put air in it for the Sam’s fluffy crust. If you do it this way it will come out semi-Neapolitan. Lay it out on a lightly floured surface under a humid towel and let it rise for an hour and a half or two. It will be perfect. Then punch it down and stretch it out and you’re ready for your pizza. 420° for eight minutes will get you a perfect Sam’s pizza.

So happy I found these!

My son has several food allergies, so we have to make his own pizza. We usually buy Pillsbury refrigerated dough, and its okay. But after finding these I am over the moon with how good it is!! Taste just like restaurant pizza!!! My sons loves it, and so do I!!! I read reviews to find baking instructions since they are oddly not included in the box. I either thaw on counter for 4 hours, or thaw over night in the refrigerator and then set out for 30-60 minutes before topping & baking it. I've been doing 425 for 15 mins and its worked out great! I would definitely recommend these!
