Just like the pizzas at the club

Not sure if they changed the recipe or not, but these used to raise really big, and now just a little. I liked the dough balls better.

wish they were a little bit smaller, like 1". Too large for my pizza stone, oven...I have to trim them. More yeast wold be better

Great in a pinch or if making a lot of pizza quickly. Crusts can be inconsistent and tend to bubble even if you score the crust. Good for the price.

It is an 18" fozen pizza dough. Its flattened to a thinner crust, but when thawed in the fridge it does rise a little.

Easy Pizza dinner.....I would recommend taking the dough out in the AM to rise, makes for a MUCH better crust! Enjoy

This product was not what I was looking for . The crust is ok, it does not have a stable shelf life after bake.. after about 15-20 minutes it gets hard and inedible

This frozen pizza dough is fantastic! It thaws quickly & can be shaped to make stromboli or calzone easily, in addition to pizza. I've found it works best for me to place a pizza pan under it, inside the plastic bag it comes, to thaw. Then it's ready to put on all the toppings & bake!

I generally don't leave reviews , but I needed to leave this one. This crust is amazing. I use a 16 inch pizza pan and it fits great. I read reviews about bubble but I've used 8 of these so far and only had one small bubble. I sit them out on the stove on the pizza pan for about 2 to 3 hours. I push the dough out to the edges add my sauce cheese and topping then cook at 415 for 15 minutes. I use the bottom rack for the pizza and the middle rack for cheese bread. It all cooked nicely. Very delicious. Plenty of dough to roll the edges around some cheese sticks to make stuffed crust. This makes pizza so easy.

I took a huge risk buying these sheets for our pizza oven. The outcome was worth it! Our family loves gourmet pizzas and they cost a lot of money at the restaurant. Each of these sheets can make 4 gourmet pizzas, so about 84 pizzas can be made!! The crust turned out Nepolitano and it tastes great after just 30 minutes thaw time. Beats making your own dough which takes over ight and all day. Great value!!!!
