Love the concept. But with no instructions on baking temperature or time, whether to thaw or bake from frozen... very frustrating experience. Like previous reviewers i have tried a variety of temps, frozen, thawed, pizza pan, pizza stone, baked with toppings, par-baked before toppings... not very good any of them. Sam's please add some instructions, please. This has the potential to be a really great item to have stocked in the freezer. But even my teenagers dont like.

There is a video on youtube showing how to prepare these, I spray pan with nonstick spray, put dough flour side down and put pan/dough back in plastic cover for about 3.5-4 hours on counter to rise then use immediately or refrigerate, you can also let rise overnight in fridge, these are so convenient and we love personalizing our pizzas at home now.

These are perfect for making family night pizzas the way you want them and controlling what is on them. I also though the dough, slice into quarters and allow people to make their own personal pizza's. You can also slice the dough into thin strips and then make your own garlic knots or bread sticks.

This is a great alternative to having to us a dough ball. It is already pizza pie shaped, it’s a great size and thaws quickly. The crust taste is great and works great on a pizza stone. And the price is amazing for what you get. Highly recommend this.

Great taste and texture and easy to use for a quick pizza night without eating those nasty processed frozen ones.... especially when you don't live close enough to a pizza joint for delivery. To defrost and rise, I just place the sheet on a pizza pan in a warm oven for about 20-30 minutes. Then stretch it out a bit and put your toppings. Bake at 450 for about 10 min.

This box is huge. Just imagine the size of the Sam's club pizza but in a bulkier taller box. Make sure you have the freezer space. My suggestion is to thaw the dough and pre package in smaller plastic soup containers or thaw out and trim down to the size you need. I bought pizza screens and thawed the pizza dough to fit the pizza to that. I put the extra trimmings in a bowl and made cinnamon rolls with the extra dough. This is very cost effective if you're going to be making a lot of pizzas. You can also buy pizza cardboard and make your life easier if you pre do the pizzas with the toppings so they're ready to go. Would buy this again and again even though I like to make my own dough this is great for a pizza party night!

I purchased this because last time I bought pizza dough it was in the round and not so great plus a box of 18 was a lot to freeze. These are so easy. Take out, thaw, roll out a little, and stack on your ingredients. Just don’t thaw out to the point of the dough being in the goopy stage as is harder to handle. It is also easy to stack in your freezer. Plus I was able to split a box with my sister.

Been buying these for a while. They defrost and rise easily. Preferred when in a ball before. I defrost, split into 2 or 3 balls then let rise for a couple of hours before using, they are quite large. Be aware, they come in open plastic bags and edges will dry out with freezer burn if put into a regular freezer. Tie the bags tight before storing them.

The pizza dough sheets were great. Very easy to use and everyone loved the pizza.

Husband enjoys making delicious pizza. We have tried several crusts and making our own. These are excellent and cut down on the mess,and bake up delicious.
