Conflicted
I received my sofa on December 10th but actually set it up after the New Year and we absolutely love it, but we started having problems with the let out bed instantly and in March it completely broke to where we can’t use it. I mainly bought it for the let out bed. I really don’t know how to reach someone because I got a voicemail. So I’m conflicted because it’s nice but broken.

Couch
It was good when we got it at first. Affordable with smaller sizing and it looked nice. But after a few months both the arms cracked and caved in where one would put their elbows right in the middle part of the arm. It looks in tact from the side but as soon as you rest your arm it scoops in. So it's not sturdy enough for you to use it as support when standing up or sitting down. Another thing is don't expect company to sleep well on the pull out portion. It soon caved in as well. So unless you don't mind being stuck in one position. I wouldn't recommend this couch as a daily use piece.
This is a brand new item, it has only been available for a month. Reviewer states "a few months". Which could not possibly be this item. This person is reviewing the wrong item. We have reported this review for removal. This item is incredibly well built, and is VERY strong for sleeping. Please be aware that some items look alike. This is the wrong page you have reviewed, based on the timing referenced. - The Abbyson Team
Great small sectional, but suspect build quality
We purchased this sectional in April and "installed" it on June 1, 2021. The sectional fits well in our "tiny home" summer cabin, looks good and is actually pretty comfortable. Yes, the couch is a little firm, but it's still comfortable. The pullout works great for kids and short overnight trips for family and friends. The problem is that within a month, almost to the day, the middle of the sofa portion caved in onto the pullout. It looks like the frame is simply particle board with a few nails holding it in place. With all that said, I called Sams and they (Sams and Abbyson Living) promptly replaced the sofa section (just arrived a couple of days ago). We will see if the problem persists...

Nice guest room or small room size.
I have the older version from 3 years ago. It started off great and is used in a guest room so, it doesn’t get too much action. But the pull out bed quickly started to fall in after 2-3 uses. Wherever someone sits, it dents. I love the concept of this couch and I would buy but know you’ll have to replace every few years, but for the cost, it might be worth it.
Tonya, thank you for sharing your experience with the Lincoln Fabric Reversible Storage Sectional. We appreciate your feedback on its performance over time and will take this into consideration. - The Abbyson Team
Pros and cons
Sorry for the long review; I wanted to share a long-term perspective. Bought this about 3.5 years ago. The smaller size fit well in our oddly shaped living area. When we first got the couch, it was perfect. It was pretty easy to put together (though it requires two people). The bed pulled out easily and it was great for guests. I didn't find the cushions too hard. Firm, but not uncomfortably firm. The problem is that after about 1.5 to 2 years, the bottom cushions on the couch part (not the lounge part) compressed in the front, such that if you are sitting on the couch, the back of your legs press against the wood frame. The cushions are attached to the frame of the couch so you are not able to buy new foam to replace. It makes the couch look old, but more importantly, it results in the pull-out bed not aligning with the couch cushions. When you sleep on the pull-out bed, there is a large, uncomfortable, dip in the middle. Also, after a couple of years, the pull-out part no longer slides on it's tracks. I can eventually get the bed to stay raised, but it requires two people to get it situated appropriately. Last, the material hasn't worn well. The fabric on the arms and the cushions started pilling after about a year so it lools much older than it is. My suggestion is that if you plan to use it occasionally, it will work well. If you plan on normal use, it doesn't hold up in the long run.

Very Disappointed
This sofa really doesn’t deserve a star (other than for the look)….It is hard, stiff and maintains uncomfortableness. The structure is very cheaply made and is mainly particle board-based with tough material to secure and cover. Doesn’t last. Poorly built as structure is NOT STURDY at all. Pull out doesn’t work to hold small children (3-6-8 age range and size) collapse middle of the night. This is poor and not worth spending the money for at all. I do not recommend buying, as you’re only paying for “the look”
We sincerely apologize for the experience that you have had with the sectional! The seating is firm, but it will soften with use overtime. We would love the opportunity to address the issues you have had and would like to make this right for you. Not comfortable at all
I bought this sectional 4-5 months ago. I weigh about 200 pounds and find this sectional uncomfortable. It is too hard/not enough padding. A much lighter person might be ok with the level of padding, but it's not for larger than average people. The storage and pull out bed feature are nice, but I'm going to buy a foam mattress topper to use when a guest needs to sleep over.

This sectional is very good!
I love it for what I need it for. I wouldn’t use it for a living room or family room But for a playroom, a small home office is ideal. For price is excellent I was definitely debating on the purchase considering the reviews it got, but what do you expect For that price if people think it’s cheaply made then maybe they need to look somewhere else and be ready to pay more. You get what you pay for!,,
Hi there! Thank you for your review! Yes it is great for smaller spaces, as indicated with the measurements. This is a fantastic choice as it offers a lot of value for the price, as you mentioned. We have sold several thousand sets in recent weeks and we have seen only a few issues, (mostly delivery related!). THANK YOU for taking time to write a positive but also honest review. This is a great item. Members seem to really enjoy it! - The Abbyson Team
Benefit of the doubt
The couch is everything I expected from reading the reviews. I’ve had it for a couple months. It IS firm which is okay which me due to the durability. I sleep on it several times a week when my daughter stays with me. It was the perfect size with the features I needed…sleeper and chase. However, the only reason I gave it 4 stars, EVERY time I pull it out, the sleeper goes off track and I have to spend time/energy muscling it back on the track! it’s frustrating. It’s not an assembly issue or owner error. It has nothing to do with how you put it together. Maybe something happened in shipping. The box was totally beat up! Holes in the boxes that had been re-taped..etc. I only came across one other review that complained about the same problem. Maybe I’m just a small percentage people that have this problem. I’ve also read the vague and routine responses from the manufacturer…ie..we stand behind our product and if you need additional help please contact us… We’ll, if you stand behind your product, send someone out to me and fix this problem! With tax/fees it was almost $1,000. That’s a lot of money for me! I expected my product to be delivered without so many holes in the packaging, and for it to function properly. Again, the 4 stars was very generous! I do like the couch and fits my needs regardless.
Hi there, thank you for the great details in your review, this is helpful to hear! The sofa section once pulled out from under the sofa, is already in the proper placement. Once you lift the straps, the best way to open the sofa section is to pull VERTICALLY upwards, not outwards. If you pull upward, the bed will stay on it's track. Please try by pulling UP and then down again to secure, not diagonally towards you. On delivery, yes the products can endure damage with FedEx at times, it depends on how FedEx treats the products. We are in constant contact with them to improve transit issues. We would love to hear how the new technique works with the sofa bed! If we can assist please reach out to samsclub@abbysonliving.com - The Abbyson Team
Gray is NOT Gray - Cheap Feel
I bought this sectional for our game room after seeing a similar one at my son’s house. My hubby assembled it while I was at work and I was shocked to come home and find the color is more green than gray. It is much more lightweight and cheap feeling than you would think from the pictures. Fabric is also very scratchy. I am very disappointed and would have returned it had hubby not destroyed the box after assembling it. Save your money!
