Hello! Wish you had reached out to us! It is very easy. The arm that comes with the sofa installs with the sofa, and the arm that comes with the chaise installs with the chaise. One just needs to be connected to the other. Bummer! Wish we had heard from you to walk you through this. We have had very few issues considering how many we sold. Please feel to reach out if you change your mind. Will take you less than 15 minutes with our help. Email us for a useful PDF: samsclub@abbysonliving.com - The Abbyson Team

I don’t recommend this product

I not even finished assembling it and its already ripping. The frame is also of poor quality since its already making noise.

Hello! Wish you had reached out to us! It is very easy. A few tips that will help with assembly:1) Each arm belongs with the piece it came with: The arm that came with sofa goes with sofa, the arm that came with chaise goes with chaise. They are not interchangeable from piece to piece. Decide your configuration first, and connect arms, then unite set.2) When assembling the CHAISE, this arm should be lowered down onto the chaise. Align arm ABOVE the metal brackets, press closely together and lower down onto chaise. (Chaise can be lifted up in order to see brackets more clearly)3) When assembling the SOFA, the sofa edge must be lifted up slightly so the arm’s brackets are aligned BELOW the sofa’s brackets. Press pieces closely together, then lower sofa down into arm brackets. 4) When uniting the set, regardless of configuration, the sofa edge must be lowered onto the chaise. Align brackets, with sofa higher than the chaise and lower, uniting brackets. This will take two people. All in all this should take just 15-20 minutes.Nothing should rip, can you please send pictures? Wish we had heard from you before the product was damaged. QUESTION

I would like this for my basement, but it has a relatively narrow space thru which it has to fit. Are the pieces small enough to carry down separately and assemble once it is all down there?

Thank you for your question! This item delivers in 2 (two) boxes measuring: 50" x 34" x 22" and 58" x 27" x 23". You'll want to ensure those boxes will be able to fit into the space to avoid damage. - The Abbyson Team

Ok purchase

Very small similar to a futon. About 6inches shy on length and width to be considered queen size. Ok for play room/kids room. I would not purchase for teens nor adults. Cheaply made and I'd be surprised if it last a year.

Hello, the size is similar to a FULL size bed. Those dimensions are listed on site for easy reference. It will definitely last in your home. This is a fantastic value, a very functional sofa at a great price. Hope you enjoy, thank you! - The Abbyson Team

Do not reccomend

They make it almost impossible to attach the sides. Wish I would of know and I would of never purchased it. I just got it today and it is already damaged from the struggle of trying to attach the sides. Very disappointed.

Nice couch, but It is almost impossible to snap the chase to the couch. Is there a YouTube video?

Hello! We are happy to help if this hasn't already been resolved! We put one together in our warehouse, and it was very simple to assemble and beautiful in person. Please email samsclub@abbysonliving.com, we can send a more detailed PDF! Quick notes for Lincoln assembly: 1) Each arm belongs with the piece it came with: The arm that came with sofa goes with sofa, the arm that came with chaise goes with chaise. They are not interchangeable from piece to piece. Before assembling, decide your configuration and keep pieces separate. 2) When assembling the SOFA, the sofa edge should be lifted slightly so the sofa brackets are ABOVE the arm’s brackets. Press pieces closely together, then lower the sofa down into the arm brackets. 3) When assembling the CHAISE, the arm should be lowered onto the chaise. Align arm brackets ABOVE the brackets of the chaise, press closely together and lower down. (Chaise top can be lifted up in order to see brackets more clearly.) 4) When uniting the set, regardless of configuration, the sofa brackets must be lowered onto the chaise brackets. This is best accomplished with two people. Align brackets, with sofa higher than the chaise and lower sofa edge to unite brackets. Hope this helps! --- The Abbyson Team
