DO NOT BUY. Poor quality. Looks cheap. Impossible to assemble. No return instructions. Taking this garbage right back to the club in person.

Hello, this is very unusual to hear. This is a great sectional. The assembly requires just a simple installation of the armrests: Begin attaching armrests with the sofa side, simply lift the sofa end into the arm brackets. On the chaise side, insert the armrest into the chaise brackets. Unite the sectional by linking the brackets in the middle. As far as returning, this could be completed with a phone call to Sam's Club, to arrange pickup from your home. Don't Buy

Hate this couch, feels like something you would see in a RV/Camping trailer. Very hard, horrible quality and is not what you would of expected.

Connecting the pieces together is impossible. The hardware and design needs to be corrected. Tried calling the manufacturer but had to leave a message. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them.

It’s just what I wanted for a small office/guest room combo. Hard for 2 senior citizens to assemble because the heaviest piece has to be lifted to attach the elements.
