Not a comfortable snuggling recliner, but great for dinner in front of a movie. Its electric, so you get out slowly. It has a great headrest that's adjustable

Purchased as birthday gift for Husband. Glad to report, he loves it. Comfortable to sit in or recline in. Cup holders very handy, as well as storage under armrest. Fits nicely into corner. Has a sleek look to it.

The online listing didn't give this power recliner justice! I am throughly impressed. I can push up and down buttons to recline or return to seated. There is also a set of buttons to raise and lower the top portion of the back for neck support. The USB slot is nice to have but with most cords it bumps the thigh. I actually didn't pay attention and bend the USB end of my cord by my leg being too close.

The chair might be comfy if i was 5 ft or so but im not, i am not very tall, only 5'9 but my feet sticks out too much for comfort and my neck is too high for the adjustable headrest to be comfortable. The chair also does not go flat as much as other chairs. the armrests is only thinly padded on the corners so if you spread your legs they are rested on the corners and it get uncomfortable pretty quick. there might be a way to keep the headrest in the same position i set it when returning the chair to seating position but it goes to zero angle when i tried so each time i needed to set it again, maybe i missed something but i didnt spend time reading the manual since i am returning this chair to the club

Took over a month to arrive after I ordered and now that’s it here it doesn’t work. Emailed their customer service and got an email back saying it takes 4-6 days to respond. How ridiculous. What a waste of money for all this frustration and a electric chair that does not work.

It’s only been 3 weeks since I’ve using it. It’s for my daughter and so far she loves it. It’s most expensive chair of all the recliner I’ve researched. Every thing is great except buttons on inside of chair to control wished little bigger! Hopefully, chair will last and worth the price I paid.

I would give this purchase a 4 or 5 star review because I really do like the recliner. However, because of Sam's customer service I had to back it down to a 3. I ordered this on 11/20/20 and received it on 12/29/20. It was supposed to have been a Christmas gift. I contacted Sam's twice after it had gone beyond the 2-3 weeks delivery period and both times I was told "We will check in to it and get back with you". That never happened. It finally showed up at my door the Monday after Christmas. I really like the chair though. Seems to be very well made and is very comfortable. I'm not real sure I would order it from Sam's again.

These chairs are the absolute best! They are comfortable, they look amazing, especially to be faux leather! You can't tell. They come with all the bells and whistles! The only thing missing is heat, and a comfortable throw takes care of that! A perfect purchase. Oh, and they are super easy to assemble...connect two cords, slide the back into place, and plug them up! I LOVE them!

Appears this chair is designed for younger and tinier persons, we being over 60 and of ample body size, these are just not as comfortable as our older oversized chairs. I wish we could have tested them before we purchased them. We thought the price was (compared to others) more than reasonable and anywhere from half as much to ten time less expense. What we like is that unlike non powered chairs (did I mentioned these are powered chairs?) is that they can move and stop in any of the reclining positions, not just rest and fully reclined. The headrest is controlled with another motor, so you can adjust it at will. As our TV is mounted over our fireplace, most any position is excellent for viewing. We only recline in these chairs; they really require it. We often nod-off watching TV, we don’t consider these “Sleeping Chairs” because they aren’t all that comfortable for long periods.

I love the chair because of the power footrest and head rest. Cup holders are convenient but I wish they were removable. The storage units on each side are awesome and the USB is very handy. I highly recommend this chair, but….. for me the control buttons are awkward to get to. I wish they were on the top. But don’t let that sway you, it’s just me and I still give it five stars.
