Not made for an average male...very disappointed....feet hang way over foot rest...neck support is not adjustable...expected more from a Sam's club product...will be very leery of buying furniture on line...wasted money

took 39 days - 4 delivery days stayed home - no show- suppose to call when deliver - no call - left in front yard. No problem putting together - the mechanism is defective - make loud popping noise when recline. How do I get replacement

Purchased for wife. I think she likes it more than she likes me. Just kidding. She loves it. If you are looking for an easy to use and comfortable recliner, you should try this one. I don"t think that you will be disappointed.

The chair is good, it’s kinda hard and if I had been able to sit in it before I got it I may not have purchased. The price was amazing so for the price it’s worth it. If I had paid full price I would return.

Easy assembly with a luxe feel. Doesn’t look or feel cheap and doesn’t give me the feeling that it will peel in the future. Deep storage on the arms are perfect for storing remotes and snacks.

I ordered two of these chairs. They are delivered in two pieces which makes them so much easier to move. Assembly was quick and easy. One zipper is in an awkward location. The movement is smooth and quiet. They are comfortable and actually take up less space then the two stuffed armchairs we removed. The finish feels very much like leather and is thick. I have no doubt it will hold up to daily wear. I would highly recommend them.

Bought two- Perfect chair at such a great price. Had two requirements 1 electric 2 usb outlet. And it’s beautiful, storage in arms and cup holders. Only thing to be improved is wish cup holder were darker(silver). But they are great at doing their job of holding cup and so I hope the chairs live as long as we do, we are seniors.you won’t regret buying this chair, no matter your age. Easy to put together comes in one box took back out first, then seat, well packed, was very easy to put together about ten minutes or less and found the directions hanging on chair back when we we were done so we read them to make sure we had done it right. Hint :it’s easier to zip the top and bottom together after chair is put together. ( that’s our edited instructions.). We would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a perfect , comfortable chair , with lots of extras.

I am 80 yrs old and this chair is perfect for me. I don't need a lift chair yet and getting out of this chair is easy - wish I had bought it 10 years ago.

We purchased 4 chairs in July, so I can only respond to what we know so far. They are very well designed modern but not clunky looking. They operate very smoothly. They are very comfortable. We absolutely love them!

This is an extremely comfortable and well-built recliner. The leather is smooth and comfortable. The responsiveness of the motor makes it easy to adjust the recline function and the headrest function is a joy. Very quiet and easy to clean.
