I bought this for my husband in December 2020. It has been used very little. Today, the power controls stopped working completely!! Checked connections, etc. The controls located on the inside of the right arm became warm to the touch! Should this item be recalled??

Have had it for 3 months now and showing signs of wear. Foam is weak on this chair. Armrests already now showing dents in foam where my elbows go. Seat is sinking lower. This chair will not last long if used every day. Wish I could send it back but to late.

Surprisingly very comfortable, fast recliner and reset.

Furniture was just left in my driveway, and was all messed up

I purchased two chairs in black and they are awesome and the price; mind blowing. Actually very easy to assemble; they are nice looking and feel great for not leather. I’ve only had them a few days but I think they will serve us well!

I ordered 2 recliners. One is great but the other one pops when trying to recline. The back of the chair arm is also messed up I have chatted and emailed the company with no results. Customer service is a must so I would not recommend this company.

I bought this brown Mason Power Theatre Recliner online for $399 about 10 days ago. It was delivered yesterday (3/1/21) by FedEx. Fairly simple to assemble & plug in. The material seems to be of good quality and would last a long time with proper care. The power function is smooth & quiet. I love the separate power headrest control, too. There is lots of storage space in the arms. However, I am 6'1" tall and the recliner is much too short for me. My legs hang off the footrest by almost a foot! If you are a shorter person, I would definitely recommend this theatre recliner. Unfortunately, I must return the recliner to my local Sam's Club.
