This is way more comfortable than the old fashioned box spring and mattress. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and support. My son loves it- it really exceeded all of my expectations which were already pretty high based on reviews I had read prior. Great item for the price!

Wasn’t sure what type of a bed I wanted after sleeping on a waterbed for over 30 years. This bed met all my expectations and I’m glad I made the purchase. I ordered the king size and it does take two people to unroll it due to its size. I waited 48 hours as suggested and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. It’s a beautiful, cooling and comfortable bed to sleep on. So happy I made this purchase.

With mostly good reviews, my husband and I thought we would save some money and get a decent mattress from Sam's vs overpriced ones elsewhere. Man, were we wrong! When we first tried it out we thought "this is nice". It was softer than the medium-firm description. But the more you lay there, the deeper you sink. You get sweaty it's so hot. And uncomfortable. We had a crick in our neck the first few nights we slept in it (notice "in" it, not on it, because you are in this thing!"). You sink so low as your head stays on your pillow that your neck is in a very awkward position. We added a topper that helped some, but the mattress still sinks and sucks out topper in with it. It stinks right in the middle. We both wind up in the middle in this hole every morning. It's like a nest. A nest made by some gigantic bird that thinks we are its babies. If you like to sit up on your bed to watch TV or read, you can forget it with this one. Your bottom sinks in as you sit there and your little legs hang on to the top to keep you from getting completely devoured by the mattress. Reminds me of an old episode of "The Twilight Zone" or "Tales From the Crypt", I can't remember which one, but the bed was eating people. I really do not want to go through the hassle of trying to return this bed, especially because there is no way to get it back in the box. I don't live near by my Sam's Club either. On top of this mattress ordeal, they charged me twice for another item and can't take care of giving me a simple refund over the phone. They want me to drive sixty-six miles round trip to do that. I am very disappointed in customer service right now.

After getting an adjustable frame decided time to change mattress. Biggest problem was getting the old one off and ready for disposal and getting the plastic off the mattress was bit of challenge being careful not to cut the mattress. Once in place it began to hiss and start to expand quickly. Was surprised it only took a few hours to expand to 11 of its 12 inches! Very comfortable. Have seen reviews saying too soft but they must like sleeping on a rock as this is advertised as medium firm and would say that is right. So far so good and if run into problems in the future will come back to amend. So far very pleased.

**** Full size, Firm **** If you’re looking for a firm mattress, this is not the one to buy. The mattress I received could be considered "medium" at best, which was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, my frustration didn’t end there—it only increased when I tried to return the item. I contacted Sam’s Club to request a return. Given the mattress’s size and that it had expanded after unboxing, I asked them to arrange a pickup. They agreed and scheduled one with AIT delivery service. But after more than three weeks, I’m still waiting for them to confirm a pickup time. During this period, I’ve reached out to Sam’s Club four additional times. Each time, they claimed that AIT had tried to call me, but I hadn’t answered—which isn’t accurate. I made sure to answer every call, and there were no voicemails left, which would have been expected if I missed a call. Sam’s Club also assured me that AIT would contact me by both phone and email, but I haven’t received any emails (I checked my spam folder too). It feels like there is a complete lack of coordination between Sam’s Club and AIT. In my latest conversation with Sam’s Club, they promised AIT would contact me within seven days, but at this point, I don’t have much faith in their word. My takeaway from this experience: Avoid buying any freight item from Sam’s Club. I had a similar issue with a previous Sam’s Club delivery, where a “white glove” item was simply left at my front door. Although they gave me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, I ended up spending more just to bring it inside and set it up.

Couldn't have been better. Mattress arrived 7 days prior to expected delivery, and though the box was heavy, maneuvered it into bedroom, slid mattress out of box, lifted it on platform, and off it went, rapidly filling. Rapidly. Medium firm and looks good. Perfect for overnight guests and children

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

So my partner and I originally purchased this one mattress in 2020. At the time, it was the most incredible mattress with great support- we couldn’t believe it was only $400. After owning it for two years we noticed the mattress wears down a lot quicker than what a mattress should and wanted to exchange it thinking it just may be a minor defect. Sam’s club was kind enough to exchange it for us behind their member mark lifetime warranty guarantee. When we got the new mattress we immediately could tell that it didn’t feel the same as the original one we purchased. We have it it a chance thinking it just needed a few days out of the box but unfortunately it just wasn’t the case.

If firm is this soft, I would hate to imagine sleeping on the ultra plush. This mattress is so soft it is ridiculous. softer than my soft old foam mattress. returning as soon as possible. if you like soft mattresses that come delivered in an easy box rolled up- this is for you.

I've had the firm version of the queen mattress for the past 5 months honestly I was disappointed from day one and five months later I pulled my old mattress out I saved it because I wasn't impressed when this arrived in the mail honestly after 5 months it's literally a great mattress for somebody 10 years or under it is not a mattress for daily use maybe it's great in a guest room or for a kid but not for a full size adult I would not recommend this mattress I chose the firm version and it was still super soft I just sink My dog is 100 lb and she does not like this bed at all since I've been using this bed over the past 5 months she is chosen the floor over the bed 5 minutes after I put my old bed back up she's back on the bed this members mark is just too soft super squishy not a fan I prefer for if you like soft beds this is for you
