I am experiencing lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. I will not get another mattress with memory foam again. I’m looking for a bed topper that is firm to try and even it out. So disappointed by the description and positive reviews. I would rather sleep on the couch (Which is what I’m doing now) or have my old 20 plus year old mattress back.

Stinks so bad! Literally like rotten garbage! This was for a kid's room, I don't want him breathing this! I have it in a bedroom upstairs and the entire 2nd floor stinks..it hits you halfway up the stairs! I have been happy with other Sam's mattresses..but never again. And since it's unpacked there is no way I can ever get it into my car to return it. Do not buy!

We have 2 queens of this mattress and love them. We tried a queen first before buying a king size. Have been really disappointed in the king. The king size mattress is so soft and already has dents after 4 weeks of use. We used the queen for 8 months and didn’t have any of the issues we’re having with the king.

I was very disappointed. This bed was warm and worse way too soft. It was so soft the sheets were constantly popping off. After calling Members Mark and trying it for almost two months this bed had to go back to the store. Check out the new Casper line… Im MUCH happier.

This mattress was much softer than I thought it would be. When I lay down, I sink a little. I would not advise using a fluffy pillow with this mattress. Could be good if you sleep on your back but not your side or stomach. The edges have a lot of give so if you're not careful you could easily roll out onto the floor. It was easy to put on the bed. But make sure you don't break the plastic before placing it in the desire location. Once air hits, it expands. Also, I don't get as hot in this mattress as I did my other. Since I just have a car and not a truck, it was easy to transport. Just shove the box in my back seat.

Mattress sleeps well but after a couple of nights of sleep we noticed a wrinkle in the mattress/ fabric all the way across the middle of the bed. So now when we sleep on it you can feel the wrinkle underneath it. They sent a replacement, it done the samething.

After reading the negative and positive reviews for this mattress, I decided to give it a shot because we were in desperate need of a replacement. This mattress is advertised as a medium-firm mattress, but it is NOT that whatsoever. This mattress is SOFT... so soft that your entire body will sink in if you weigh over 150lbs. If you’re into that, then it may work for you. But if you bought a medium-firm mattress because you prefer medium-firm mattresses, you will be highly disappointed. If you prefer firm mattresses and thought you might just settle for a “medium-firm”, then you may fall into a deep depression. Believe me before you waste your money like I did... this mattress is nowhere near medium firm, or even medium. Also, prepare to have your room smell like chemicals for several days. We off-gassed and decompressed this thing for an entire day outside and the smell is still giving me headaches. Here’s to hoping I can return this thing!

I tried this mattress during a recent trip to the Caribbean and had a great sleep experience. I took a picture of the mattress, knowing I'd need a new one soon. A few months after my trip, I decided to purchase it. 1. Delivery: Arrived on time, even a day earlier than expected. 2. Condition: The mattress was well-sealed and arrived in good condition with no visible damage. As a 5'2", 140-pound 39 yrs old woman, I didn’t found it challenging to unpack alone. 3. Comfort: The mattress is very comfortable. I fell in love with it instantly and hope it remains so in the long term. The following factors led to a lower rating: 4. Odor: The mattress has a strong paint-like smell. During my trip, I experienced a running nose and shortness of breath upon entering my accommodation, which I initially attributed to the weather. However, upon unboxing the mattress, I experienced similar symptoms again, which makes me wonder if it's related to the mattress odor. 5. Durability: As I've just received the mattress, I cannot yet assess its durability. I hope this review provides helpful insights into my experience with this mattress.

Not as firm as I would like it. If you are looking for a bed that is stiff as a board, this isn’t the bed for you. It’s not bad, but not quite what I was looking for. It’s plushy with a firm feel. Overall, it’s not a bad mattress. I would have liked it to be firmer.

Had this mattress now for about 3days. It’s exactly what it states itself to be as a “hotel premier” mattress. Now let me explain. Have you ever been to a hotel and the beds are really soft, whether through years of use or the type of mattress it is? Well this is exactly that. Can I get into bed and knock out? Yessir! However in my case, I wake up with super back pains. I typically sleep on a firm bed due to the back pain I have from an old injury. Don’t believe the line of “medium firm” it’s more like “cloud soft” so keep that in mind. My review is neutral due to me being able to just fall asleep instantly which is something I don’t normally do. If you want the fluff this is for you, if you want something rock hard then don’t count on this to be it.
