I have had a bad bad for years. I bought this bed from her daughter several years ago and slept down at once and had the best night sleep. When I needed a new bed I knew I was gonna buy this one.

this mattress is high-quality and extremely comfortable and a great price. I even got up to the register and it was another $75 off as I could not believe it! I have a nectar mattress at home which I absolutely love but the quality of this is very comparable! For a third of the prize. Highly recommend

First bought a twin for my semi truck, then I bought a king mattress for my house and now this twin is for my Great Dane/ Great Pyrenees mix. She loves her new bed and her flannel sheets with a mattress warmer.

I purchased this mattress for my daughter's new apartment. She says the mattress sleeps great; unfortunately, when we unboxed it, we found a stain on the bottom. Obviously, we could not box the mattress back up and return it to the store. So I went to the store and asked for a credit back. I was told they couldn't do that because they could return the mattress to the company and receive a full credit. I have been a member since 2009, and I have never had a problem with customer service at Sam's. So I tried my luck online and chatted with two different representatives who promised to send me a $ 30 Sam's Cash for all my trouble, but the transaction was canceled twice. I remain a loyal member, but I no longer have the same confidence in Sam's and the Member's Mark brand.

Bought this for my 2 years old. Toddlers need medium firm for their spine development. I waited 3 days to fully expand but It was still soft. It is softer than soft mattress. I am 240 lbs and when I sit side of the mattress I drowned all the way down to box spring. It is still okay for my 2 years old because she is only 35 lb but If we want to sit on it for putting her to sleep It is really annoying. So I returned and got the one with springs. My 3 stars goes to Sam’s club customer service.

My whole family has these mattresses and I love them for my kids. But unfortunately for my husband and I we just sank in. My husband is 6ft 200lbs and it felt like he sank to the bottom of the mattress. We had to return it for a hybrid.

The AI system online support is super flawed and very frustrating. I love Sam’s Club for the most part, but the AI online bot ordered me the wrong mattress TWICE and then they were supposed to pick up these two mattresses that I still have them. No one came to pick them up! NOT a good artificial intelligence support. AI is scripted, sends you in circles, and doesn’t listen to a real person’s need. I still have these two mattresses, paid for them, and it is a huge time waster. I almost cancelled my account over this.

This matters wasn’t very good. It was way too firm even though it said medium firmness. It was like a rock. Caused awful back pain and the fumes that came off of it were horrendous.

The 12 inch twin mattress that I purchased at Sam’s Clubis false advertisement the box said it was a 12 inch mattress and it is not it’s 10 1/2 very disappointed. I am 65 and a widow. I cannot afford to hire someone and rent a truck to return it so I’m stuck with it. Mattresses in the spare room and I have one it says got it for 10 days and it’s still not inches 10 1/2.
