First new mattress in 20 years. Would give five stars but I have no reference for what a five star mattress would be. But I love this one. I would buy again. We mattress shopped locally first and decided to order this, due to the way better price and figured we would have to give up some quality. This mattress feels as nice as the $950 one at the store. We’ve slept very soundly without disturbing each other when one of us rolls over in our sleep. Very happy so far!

2 months after purchasing this mattress it began to sag in the middle. 2 people sleeping in this bed wind up laying up against each other in the center of the mattress. THEN - since I can't read "fine" print - SAMS CLUB will not allow me to return the mattress because I threw away the box. THEY REQUIRE YOU TO BRING IT IN FOR THEIR 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX. I am so disappointed in the mattress and SAMS CLUB. WHO KEEPS A BIG BOX STORED JUST EXPECTING A TRUSTED STORE LIKE SAMS WOULD SELL THEM SOMETHING CRAPPY THAT THEY WOULD NEED TO RETURN IN THE FIRST PLACE.

First time as an adult buying a mattress, so not ganna lie i had no idea what to look for, but after some research about different types and brands this was a good match. Its a little more firm then i would have liked, but its not uncomfortable at all. Will definitely recommend and buy again.

King mattress purchased via pickup at local Sam's Club. First the box weight is about 80 pounds. The Sam's associate brought it out on a flat cart and didn't even attempt to load it in my truck. Never offered to help even as I stuggled to lift in the back of my truck. Got the mattress home and removed from box. Removed the plastic. I let it expand for 72 hours. It seem the cover is bigger than foam. When we put it on the bed the cover bunched up and was very loose.

This mattress is a year old. I paid $399 for it. It has already broken down on one side under the weight of a 165 lb man who does not move a lot during sleep due to disability. I have mattresses on adjustable beds that are older and have not yet broken down under my weight or the constant up and down of adjustment. I'm not very happy.

Purchased this bed in full size for my daughters room and was so pleased I replaced my queen size bed as well. It is plush to the touch but definitely more on the firm side. The bed looks amazing and expensive. Very impressed with what members mark has to offer with this bed. I ordered online and they brought it out curbside and loaded it in my truck. The box has wheels for easier moving. Unloading was easy and it didn't give off any toxic foam smells that sometimes beds in a box do.

Purchased for the guest room. I didn't use it myself, but a visiting family member was comfortable and slept well. It's a very thick mattress, so if you use it with a box and a standard bed frame it would be pretty high. I used it with a fold up metal bed frame and a thin mattress pad under it, no box and it was high. Set up was easy for the twin size. I was able to do it alone. The mattress fluffed up fully in a few seconds. I didn't notice any offensive odors, but it wouldn't hurt to let it air out a little before putting the sheets on to let the new foam bed smell dissipate.

Wasn’t sure what type of a bed I wanted after sleeping on a waterbed for over 30 years. This bed met all my expectations and I’m glad I made the purchase. I ordered the king size and it does take two people to unroll it due to its size. I waited 48 hours as suggested and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. It’s a beautiful, cooling and comfortable bed to sleep on. So happy I made this purchase.

It’s not at all what it’s described as. It does not feel cool at all as a matter of fact it gets pretty hot at night. Also it’s not very comfortable. I was told it expands a bit more as the 24 hrs hit well it’s still pretty thin and has this creases that stay once you lift it. When the mattress is set back to flat the creases remain on the mattress which in turn look like there’s something underneath the bedding once it’s made. Not to self go for the better brand even if it costs more

I bought this mattress about a month ago, and it doesn’t show up in my order history so I can’t return it. Hmm weird. Secondly, this is advertised as medium firm, if you go to any mattress store and feel what a medium firm mattress is, this is NOT it. This is the plushiest mattress I’ve ever owned. If you’re looking for any level of firmness, buyer beware! Would return but the order is mysteriously missing from my account.
