Very poor support for regular-sized adults. Adults sink through all the way to the bottom of the mattress. It’s not terrible for kids because of their weight, however.

This is our 3rd mattress in our 44 years of marriage and it is the best. Much less expensive than the last one, but so much better!!! I'm so glad we bought this one.

It is very comfortable. Didn't have a smell as some other reviews mentioned. We left it to "rise" for 48 hours. First night on it, I slept all through the night, which I haven't done in years. It's not too soft or too firm.

Great quality but this is not a medium firm mattress. Cannot sit on the edge of the bed without sliding onto the floor. Change the name to very soft and I will give it a higher rating.

We get great comments on how comfortable this bed is from guests who stay at our glampground. I believe it is right in the middle ground for most types of sleepers. We have one in all 4 of our dwellings.

It was a gift for my 93yr old mother who wasn’t sleeping. This was perfect for her paired with the mechanical base. She is very comfortable and sleeping now! Thank you Sams club. You never disappoint!

Nice bed but super soft. Not a med firm by any means but a great value. If you want a med firm, this is not the bed. It is more like a med plush.

This might be a very good mattress if it fit. This Twin XL is 40 inches wide. The Mattress will not make Split King (4 inches of overhanging for the pair). NOT GOOD

This was our first purchase of a mattress in a box. Our guest slept on it for two nights and loved it. The cooling gel kept her cool throughout the night. This mattress works great on the Member’s Mark adjustable base.

Medium was pretty firm - my husband loved it and HATED the Firm. The Firm was like laying on a plank of pine wood with a blanket over it. The Ultra Plush works well for me - soft enough to sleep, where the medium was a bit on the firm side for me.
