I have had a bad bad for years. I bought this bed from her daughter several years ago and slept down at once and had the best night sleep. When I needed a new bed I knew I was gonna buy this one.

I had hip pain every morning...since Ive installed this, no more morning pain! It is cool to lay on, very comfortable and you couldnt beat the price!

Very comfy. Slightly soft but as I age I find I need a soft mattress to reduce back pain due to DJD. my adult kids also find it comfortable too. We've purchased 3 in the past few years, so we are starting a mattress collection. Lol

I wish they had mattresses set up to test for firmness. Our mattress was a little too soft. It's very comfortable to sleep on, but when you sit on the edge it feels squishy. We purchased the medium firm.

This mattress worked out perfect for our 4 year olds first bed. I packed super easy and quick to fluff up. Fit his bed frame a bit snuggly which makes fitting sheets a bit tricky but it's secure. He sleeps like a log, but always has so hard to tell how it would be for light sleepers. It feels comfortable to us as parents but is a bit soft for me as a back sleeper.

I purchased this mattress for my daughter's new apartment. She says the mattress sleeps great; unfortunately, when we unboxed it, we found a stain on the bottom. Obviously, we could not box the mattress back up and return it to the store. So I went to the store and asked for a credit back. I was told they couldn't do that because they could return the mattress to the company and receive a full credit. I have been a member since 2009, and I have never had a problem with customer service at Sam's. So I tried my luck online and chatted with two different representatives who promised to send me a $ 30 Sam's Cash for all my trouble, but the transaction was canceled twice. I remain a loyal member, but I no longer have the same confidence in Sam's and the Member's Mark brand.

My whole family has these mattresses and I love them for my kids. But unfortunately for my husband and I we just sank in. My husband is 6ft 200lbs and it felt like he sank to the bottom of the mattress. We had to return it for a hybrid.

The 12 inch twin mattress that I purchased at Sam's Clubis false advertisement the box said it was a 12 inch mattress and it is not it's 10 1/2 very disappointed. I am 65 and a widow. I cannot afford to hire someone and rent a truck to return it so I'm stuck with it. Mattresses in the spare room and I have one it says got it for 10 days and it's still not inches 10 1/2.

The AI system online support is super flawed and very frustrating. I love Sam's Club for the most part, but the AI online bot ordered me the wrong mattress TWICE and then they were supposed to pick up these two mattresses that I still have them. No one came to pick them up! NOT a good artificial intelligence support. AI is scripted, sends you in circles, and doesn't listen to a real person's need. I still have these two mattresses, paid for them, and it is a huge time waster. I almost cancelled my account over this.

“medium” feels like it’s an ultra plus we were both sinking way down into it, offers NO SUPPORT being a side sleeper. Hate the way this feels. With it was a real medium like costcos nova form mattress
