Very easy to deal with. Delivered to our home and then open box. Unroll and cut plastic, wait for the mattress to inflate. Very comfortable. We own a king and two queens now.

I bought this mattress but haven’t slept on it yet. It smells like glue or chemicals . I aired out the room , turned fan on, opened windows, put deodoranizer on plug and it still smells.

The mattress took just about 3-4 hrs to be at its full potential! It’s was supper soft the mattress molds to you like a glove. My fiancé and I could barely wake up we were getting such good rest.

It was a gift for my 93yr old mother who wasn’t sleeping. This was perfect for her paired with the mechanical base. She is very comfortable and sleeping now! Thank you Sams club. You never disappoint!

The bed is OK for my almost 6 year old son. He is a slim kid, so for him it is fine. For an adult a medium feel, maybe not so much. Maybe a firm would have been better. For now the bed will do.

Comfortable firm mattress, with more edge support than a nectar. Normally purchase Casper, but this was immediately available, and hundreds less. Not light weight lol. Bought a 2nd one, if that says anything.

This not what is advertised. If you are looking for medium firm this is not it! It's like sleeping on the pillow. It totally flattens when you lay on it. We end up laying on the slats of the bed. We are getting rid of as soon as possible.

Medium was pretty firm - my husband loved it and HATED the Firm. The Firm was like laying on a plank of pine wood with a blanket over it. The Ultra Plush works well for me - soft enough to sleep, where the medium was a bit on the firm side for me.

Not too soft, not too hard. Medium firm is the correct description for this mattress. This is the 2nd one I have purchased - 1 for our guest bedroom (full) and 1 for my grand-daughter (queen).
