Softer than advertised. Thought it would be more firm based on the scale on the details. But is soft. Needs to have a very solid box to be medium firmness. Good quality. Perfect dimensions. Easy to transport in box. Easy set up. It’s a good mattress. Just hoped it would be a little more on the firm side since I have back issues.

This mattress formed quickly upon opening which is a plus. Its a comfortable mattress but its to soft when sitting on the edge getting in and out of bed. The edges collapse which is a problem for my 84 year old dad. Thats my only issue with this mattress otherwise its very comfortable. Its a soft sleeping mattress. I would have preferred a medium to firm ideally.

I find it comfortable. The only concern is that if you sit on the edge of the mattress, it would be easy to slide off, If you stay in the middle of the mattress its fine. Being a TWIN XL mattress, it doesn't give much room for error. I purchased the Full size mattress a couple of years ago and I love it which is why I purchased this one.

I'm very happy with this medium-firm memory foam mattress. The plush top layer provides excellent pressure relief, and I find it supportive and comfortable for both sleeping and lying down. It took 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand according to the manufacturer's instructions, and it feels supportive and even throughout. While there was a slight initial odor, it dissipated within a day. Overall, this mattress has exceeded my expectations and provides a cloud-like feeling of comfort.

We bought a twin size for my teen daughter and she loves it. Didn’t need much time to inflate but probably because it’s a twin size. Absolutely no smell and I have a very good sense of smell. As far as some reviewers saying theirs flattened out, my daughter weighs 150 lbs and she does not sink into it. I laid in it myself and I didn’t sink in either. Our daughter says she has slept better than ever on this mattress. I’m considering getting one for myself.

This is the 4th mattress of this exact type with the exception of size that I or someone in my family has purchased. The previous three felt and looked great. This one has lumps (really large raised wrinkles) in the cover that we hoped would go away but didn't. Since it still felt great and because returning and replacing would be such a hassle, we just kept it. Sorry no pictures.

I have had this bed for about a month now. It is very comfortable with medium support. It has some give, but you don’t sink down into the bed making it hard to reposition yourself during the night. When I climb into bed, the bed doesn’t “jiggle” and wake up my husband, which I like. This is the cheapest bed I have bought, usually going with Sealey or another well-known brand. This bed is the most comfortable bed I have owned!

mattress was not quite as firm as I would have expected. although it is not bad. but that;s the reason for the 4 stars. I purchased also at the same time a 12 inch serta king which is how I made my comparison.I must say tho for the price 399 (queen) it can't be beat.

This is one of the best mattress you can buy for the money!! It is built very well with years of use!!

I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.
