Much softer than advertised but we wanted soft, so all good. Not medium or firm. No problems otherwise.

The most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. Even without a boxspring or frame. Straight on the floor. Love it.

The mattress is medium, not too firm and not too soft. Bought for husband with neck and back problems.

Not very medium - feels more like a plush or soft than a medium. Luckily my son doesn’t mind it, so we will keep it as it is a pain to return.
