Purchased this mattress for my granddaughter, she is extremely happy and comfortable with it.

If firm is this soft, I would hate to imagine sleeping on the ultra plush. This mattress is so soft it is ridiculous. softer than my soft old foam mattress. returning as soon as possible. if you like soft mattresses that come delivered in an easy box rolled up- this is for you.

I bought the medium firmness in store and it feels like plush. Too soft. Perhaps if I had bought the firm, which they don't have in store, it'd have worked. But they won't ship to CA. What a shame, I really wanted to like it. On the plus side, it did not smell bad. And the quality seems to be very decent for the price.

Mattress is too soft, I feel like I’m sinking in. No support whatsoever and I wake up with a sore neck and back everyday.

1st time with a box mattress, did not know what to expect, 12" makes for a little taller bed. Had to get used to it. I think I like it.

I bought this my for my adult son and went off the reviews, he wanted soft , if you want soft stay away from pillow tops ! He is so happy with this!

Very comfortable, not able to feel any movement when my husband moves or gets up. I haven’t slept this good in a long time.

This mattress is so comfy and reasonably priced! Bought it for a spare room but now may need to buy one for our master bedroom.
