We tried the vent go chill box and had trouble closing the clasp. With a quick email over to customer service within two emails we have a new one being sent our way. Customer service was so easy to deal with. We can’t wait to get back to using our bed go chill lunchbox

I tried different bento box that durable for my 5 year old kindergarten this is the only one that she brought home from school that didn't break after her day of school. She always breaks her other bento box so easily and this is easy for my 5 year old to open and close the lunch box by herself.

I was so excited to have the ice pack a part of the lunch box & also the great size of the compartments. However, the seal is not as good on this one as the original. Every time I use for yogurt, it leaks. Usually it does stay contained within in outer shell/lunchbox, but leaks from the compartment to the outer edge. I bought two chill boxes & they both leak. I’ve used the original for year & never had this problem, so was disappointed this one didn’t work as well

I called them about an issue I was having with the backpack and was hoping to find a replacement piece (I've already had the backpack for over a year). And instead, they offered to send me a brand new one! The backpack is great! Lots of storage and very easy to clean. Having a separate, insulated area for food makes it very convenient and different from the others. I will continue ordering from Bentgo.

Love these chill boxes for easy morning lunch prep with the freezer pack ready to go! The spaces are perfect size for a sandwich, fruit, pretzels/goldfish, and a treat. Or at least that’s how I use it and it takes the guesswork out of “what to send for lunch?” on early mornings! Customer service was so quick to work with too when we had a latch snap.

The Bentgo Kids Chill lunchbox has a nice design. The icepack that comes as part of the lunchbox works well and saves space. The compartments are a good size for my children, and help me to put together a balanced lunch. It is leak proof. The one issue I've had with the lunchbox is mold appearing on the seal. However, Bentgo customer service has been helpful in addressing this issue. Some tips for prevention are washing with White distilled Vinegar regularly, using cling wrap or other plastic over the lid interior silicone, and completely drying after each cleaning - as opposed to air drying.

this is a super cute backpack! id rather try the other backpacks to! my son takes this to school and he can fit a lot of stuff! dad bought the bentgo lunchbox and it is % 100 good and nice! so ill give this prouduct 100000000 thums up!! even the lunch container is cute! but sometimes the leaches break off, but they get fixed quick! i will be looking foward to buying more bentgo!

This is my daughters 3rd Bentgo box! Doesn’t leak and keeps everything put, great for picky eaters cause you can do a variety of their fav foods! Switched to the chill one since the compartments are larger since she’s getting older! I had to contact customer support, they were quick to get back to me with excellent customer service! great product and great company! Definitely worth it!

This lunchbox is great for my toddler. It’s really nice to be able to put his lunchbox in her backpack without having the need of an additional lunch box on the side. It’s a little bit heavy with the ice pack, but my child only 3. Also she had a little bit of trouble opening the clasp on the box by herself. Otherwise, I am happy with this purchase. I really like to bring it for snacks to the park, and to Disney World. It keeps everything cold all day.

I love the concept of keeping food cold until lunch- there's nothing worse than a lukewarm string cheese... I did struggle to keep my box latched once the ice tray was froze, but i reached out to customer care, and they were quick to send me a replacement!
