“arrived damaged”

I had read other reviews that reported the delivery of a damaged microwave, but I ordered anyway. Mine was damaged too.

Liked features until the C74 appeared

I have had this microwave less than 4 months & the unit stopped working. Having trouble getting it replaced

Like the small footprint

Purchased several months ago and works great. Noticeably smaller than the Sharp that died on us, yet nearly as much interior space.

Keeps tripping the surge protector

When we installed it, we plugged it into a brand new surge protector. Whenever we heat something longer than a couple minutes, it trips the surge protector and we lose all power to it. Very frustrating.

It's Dead

Eight months since we bought this and it is dead already. After looking up what the code displayed means, it is dead beyond repair. Great while it worked, but didn't work long enough.

lose wifi when on

We've had this microwave for over from over are year are year. whenever the microwave is running you will have no Wi-Fi signal. We lost our wi-Fi every time we used this microwave. Every time.

Not that good

I bought this microwave on Samsclub.com. If I had seen this microwave in person I wouldn't have bought it and here's why. #1 the clock doesn't keep the correct time. #2 the microwave plate inside is not recessed which causes a height issue inside if your making popcorn or have other tall items. #3 when it's done cooking the buzzer sounds one time and that's it so you end up forgetting you warmed something up until the next day when you find it in the microwave. On the plus side It does seem to heat good. I would not recommend this item because it's a basic microwave with a premium price.
