I never had this happen before. The glass turntable just cracked for no apparent reason at all. Never had the glass turntable crack. The microwave stops working but the turntable doesn't crack. Why would this one crack? Otherwise it is an excellent microwave. We just bought it a month ago. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the cracked turntable. Does the warranty include the turntable?

I just bought it, especially the sensor reheat and cook. Though it's misleading about being one-touch, if you have to touch the one touch button, then the start button, that's two in my math. Not sure why they don't truly make it one touch for reheat, if someone desires to press the more/less button to reduce sensor by 20%, then people can press the more/less button after the reheat has started.

I cannot say enough good things about this microwave. It replaces our old Sharp manufactured in 2005 that died about three weeks ago. Everything it says it does it does. The sensory features are my favorite part. Reheat is foolproof. It cooks food more evenly than any I've owned. I thought a microwave was a microwave but I was wrong. This one's different and better. It's top of the line.

I am very pleased with my new Panasonic microwave.

This is too soon to evaluate this item, still getting used to the operation of it.
