Love the look

I purchased this two years ago and barely use it and it isn't working, can't remember if I bought a warranty with it, ugh!! I wasn't playing on buying another one so soon..

died after 14 months

We replaced a well used microwave with this one. It heated food, water for tea, made popcorn. Used almost daily. I expected it to last a few years not 14 months. Will look for a different brand.

Fire hazard

Started catch fire after only 14 months of use. So glad I was nearby the microwave before it was fully engulfed. Also when I first received it, air would blow out the left hand side and the door never seemed secure So disappointing I will never buy another Panasonic product.

turntable is 15 inches not 19.1 inches

I had the early model 12+ years old that went out today this new model is just like it but the turntable is the old-style 15 inches not 19.1 inches like shown on the specs and is a good thing because now I could save my old glass tray for it and all the time I had it was happy with it A+

Pleasantly surprised!

I was somewhat skeptical about the reheat smart sensor, but it works great! Whenever I put in cold leftovers it “senses” the moisture content and reheats it perfectly. It also has a “keep warm” feature that I haven't tried yet. I am very satisfied with this microwave.
