My wife and I ordered the Panasonic 1.6 cu. ft. 1200 watt Microwave Oven on the Sam's Website and the went to the store to pick it up later the same day. The process went very smooth and we have now had the oven a little over a week. It is a little smaller than the one it replaced, but a much nicer oven. We have used the oven several times now and cooked a number of items all requiring different temperatures and cook times. On every occasion it has out performed the oven it replaced. For a lower end 1200 watt oven I am impressed with the quality and ease of use. I feel confident we will have this oven for much longer than the one it replaced and we had that one for several years, not to mention we use our microwave oven daily. To be honest there are days it may be used three or four times. I hope this review helped you in making your decision.

I bought this to use with my kitchen was being remodeled and couldn't use my current over the range microwave or stove. This microwave works better than the one I was using. I highly recommend this warms reheats and cooks great . You must realize this is a high wattage and adjusting your power level so you dont overcook items. The popcorn button works better in cooks all the kernels unlike my other model. A great buy and best price!

This is a powerful new little brother (and he's not that little) to a much older Panasonic microwave I've had for 16 years in a different house without a single occurrence of down time or a singly repair necessary for that old guy, and he's still going strong. The new, younger brother has a larger turntable in a smaller footprint that moves more vigorously and spreads the heat even more evenly. It all works as a high quality microwave should, and with inverter technology too. I'm very happy I snagged a great deal at Sam's Club after shopping the web thoroughly first. Highly recommend it to anyone

I was using a tiny low powered microwave for the past 2 years and after using this one I'm in love with it. Even popcorn taste better. I didn't realize that cooking popcorn with a higher powered microwave would make it pop bigger and fluffier. I can fit up to my 9x13 pan and still turn fine. There are only 2 things that would make it perfect, 1) if it had a 30 second button. Kind of miss that from my old microwave but not worth going back to that one at all. 2) instant buttons for 1-5 minutes.

I bought this, took it home and plugged it in and it exploded! Totally kidding! That DID NOT HAPPEN but after I read some of the reviews you would think that's what would have happened. I have had this for a month and its pretty awesome! No issues and I definitely recommend buying this. It works great and heats much faster than my old Sharp 100 watt. Not sure about all that inverter technology business as I am just your average working Joe but it does seem to heat my sammiches and stuff pretty evenly - so take that for what its worth - just my word. Buy this nuking device thing if you need to heat stuff up!

E have spinal stenosis. I have an over-the-range microwave. I have to use a walker to assist me in being able to walk at all, but there are times when my legs do not allow me to stand, even with the walker, so I cannot reach the microwave, so I purchased this microwave in order to heat food rather than eat it straight from the refrigerator. It sits on a low portion of my counter top. Warm food !

So far so good. We purchased this to replace a prior model (circa 2016) of the same product. I love that the internal light comes on when you open the microwave now (not just when food is cooking). Food is evenly cooked and the product functions just like my prior model (which is a good thing). The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is that I have only been using it for a few weeks - so I can't speak to durability/longevity yet. But overall I'm happy with it thus far!

This microwave replaced my old Panasonic microwave oven. It's a little smaller, but still provides plenty of cooking room which I like. Despite preset buttons for cooking certain items, this oven requires a little more work. For instance, to cook a baked potatoe, it requires a multi-step process whereas with my older oven, you pushed the baked potato setting, put in the quantity, and then pushed start. Even looking at the manual didn't make completely clear exactly what to do to cook certain items. Perhaps that's where the problem was for me. To make using the oven more user friendly for first-time owners, better directions could be provided. Although the upgrades for modernization could have been done to keep up with competitors, sometimes older methods are better. I'm learning how to use the oven through “trial and error” for somethings. Nevertheless, the oven performs well and is definitely worth the price.

I have noticed one minor problem with this microwave oven. The glass turntable does not fit very well on the spindle that rotates it. On occasion I hear a rumbling sound during operation which I assume is the turntable slipping on the spindle. The turntable from my old Panasonic Microwave fits solidly on this microwave's spindle and does slip during operation like the one that came with this microwave. Would use it except that it has a smaller diameter and the microwave's instructions forbids the use of any other turntable than the one one that came with the unit.

I actually returned this item about 3 days after purchase. It was too large for our space and oddly shaped. Those things could easily work for someone else, but outside of that, it was also VERY loud. It was like a rocket launch every time we cooked something.
