Firmness

I really thought that with a medium firmness, the bed would be soft. It is hard and firm.

A bit firm

So I was hoping for a 7/10 but this is a 5/10 on softness. A bit firm for my liking but so cheap you can still save by buying another foam top.

Don't do it

Used it for like 2 weeks. Back hurts every morning. Swapped to my old mattress and no issues. They won't take it back so I threw it away.

Only 10 inches

I agree with other reviews. Mattress is fine except it never got thicker than 10 inches, even a year later.

Waste of Money

Says it is memory foam. More like concrete. Most uncomfortable mattress ever. I returned to Sam's the next day.
