1st night was great sleep!

So far I like it. It is more firm than I normally would like, but yet it was still very comfortable. I slept very soundly. Only time will tell if this continues. As far as the height of the mattress, after leaving it unfolded in my living room for 24 hours, then moving it to the bed(the move actually added more height), it now measures 12". See attached pic.

Excellent Mattress, Highly recommend buying

This mattress is one of the best mattress I have every owned. The sleep has been pure bliss. I also bought My Pillow, pillow set with my new mattress. I never believed pillow's could add such a boost to my over all sleep quality. Between the mattress and the pillows, my sleep is now 'healing sleep'. I wake up rested without stiffness. I recommend this mattress, and if you buy one, add the My Pillow, pillows, it really makes a difference in the quality of your sleep.

Love Love Love

I bought this bed almost a year ago and I just love it. I no longer wake with back pain nor leg aches...I slept amazing...and being memory foam when my husband or the dogs move the bed doesnt move. I am going to buy another for my vacation home for my company.

Lost It's Memory...Returned

This was a big disappointment because it was way too soft for medium size people. Did not help with back pain like my 17 year old memory foam mattress that I loved. Top foam too thick, felt like I was drowning in bed. Worst was the foam did not recover from body impressions. Had dips that showed badly, so I'm returning it to Sam's. The mattress cover is nice however, if that means anything.

Serta bed in a box

This is our second of these mattresses. The first I handed down to my daughter and its still fabulous after 10 years. No divits or compressions. The second is now 6 years old and is still perfect. This is a firm mattress, so Im not sure why people are saying its soft. You can sit on the sides without it compressing down. Its a 10/10 for me.

It IS 12" and it IS awesome!

Not sure why other people have had size issues but this mattress DEF expanded after several hours to 12". We did lay it flat on the low profile box spring and didn't sleep on it for a day. And another person saying the cover couldn't be removed to be washed is wrong...there's clearly a zipper for removing the cover on the bottom of the mattress. It doesn't get easier to buy than this...box has handholds and wheels so you just pull it to your truck or SUV and load 'er in! Slept great on it and for the $, it can't be beat. Sure, I had a $2700 Temperpedic full foam in past....but it was warm and while I dont sink as deep in this Serta as I did in the Temper, I didn't notice while sleeping or waking without any aches. SO...money saved and value received.

BEWARE of getting a used dirty mattress

Sams keeps deleting my reviews! Recieved a used mattress with head stain, butt dip, and flattened side. Was in an unmarked box and clear bag that was shrink wrapped Now have to rebox which is impossible to return via fedex, or gl to sams club store to return a 125# mattress.

ughhh

Bought this a few months ago. I'm average weight, relatively fit middle aged individual who normally doesn't complain much about any type of mattress. This mattress, however, makes my body ache. Whether I sleep a few hours or all night, I wake up super sore and miserable. Not sure if it's the mattress firmness or chemical allergies but it's making me miserable.

Does not Inflate and Cannot Return

I bought this mattress and after almost a month, it still did to inflate all the way. It is currently at 10-11in high. I tried calling the number provided in the description but since I bought it in store, I had to call the store directly. When I explained to the store the issue I was having with the mattress I was told I needed to bring it in. This is a King mattress and I live by myself, I cannot carry a 127 lb mattress into Sams Club. I was told "that was my problem and not Sam's Club." I am unable to return it or get a refund for a mattress that is defective. This was poor quality on a mattress sold as well as poor customer service by Sam's Club.
