Nope

I bought this mattress early 2020 and was fine about 6 months, then started bowing and resulted in horrible back pain. My boyfriend bought the same one at the same time and had the exact same results. Would never buy again and having issues getting refund!

Just too soft! Trying to return.

We bought this mattress 3 months ago and have really tried to like it. My husband cant sit on the side of it without sliding off and hates it. And I have horrible difficulty turning from side to side while lying on it because I just sink into the bed and just this morning I couldnt even get out of bed without help from my husband. (Truth be told I am not a tiny woman, more like a 2xl, but I have never had this trouble with any mattress including cheap air mattresses.) So, we chatted online with Sams and they gave us a Sams/Serta number to call. We called and gave them all our information. Supposedly in a week or two someone will call us to arrange a pick up and then we have to call back with a pick up number and they will credit our account. Then we will move our 10 year old worn out mattress back to our room and maybe we will have an ok nights sleep until we can by a better one. What a hassle. I am not sure I like this whole bed in a box idea! Really not sure memory foam is all its cracked up to be. I think we will end up doing the old fashioned thing and go to a mattress store if and when Sams ever picks up this thing. So if you like a really super soft mattress this might make you super happy. Otherwise, think again.

Sam's Club Mattress Service...

I ordered this mattress on black friday of 2018. The mattress we received only expanded to 10" even though the tag on the mattress said it's a 12" mattress. I thought it would expand to 12" over time but it never did...I forgot about it until 6 months later when i placed an order for twin beds for my kids. I called sam's and they setup an exchange and the new one was shipped the same day. I will always buy mattresses from sam's. I hope their service for other large items are just as good.

Awful

I brought this bed 6 days ago despite the not so good reviews. Finally slept on it lastnight. The worst sleep ever me and my husband tossed and turned all night. My back and neck are killing me. By the way i have no back or neck issues. The bed was hot, extra extra firm, had no give, and stiff. I literally felt like I was sleeping on top of wood planks.

First, since the mattress is new and made of freshly poured foam, it takes a few weeks to break in as the mattress gets used to you and you to it. Most sleepers find that the mattress softens up a bit within the first month of consistent use.If the mattress has had time to break in and you are still finding it to be too firm, a mattress topper or feather bed may help. Horrible

I’ve slept worse since getting this mattress in the last 2 months than I did on our 5/6 year old plain Jane memory foam mattress. I rarely woke up with back aches but now it’s everyday along with neck pain which are starting to cause headaches. My fiancé says it sleeps sorta ok but it could be much better. Will be returning this things ASAP.

Was VERY Skeptical

I was very skeptical about this mattress. Have been looking at similar products i.e. Purple, Nectar, etc. Seems the closest competitor for this level of quality and type was still close to twice (at old price) the price but now at this price, this thing is a "no brainer" It is on the firmer side (even for my big fine body 6'1" and 225) it was a little firmer than expected. Bad thing? Not really. The support really seems to be helping. Also noticed that wife who used to snore loud enough that the walking dead would knock on the door to inquire what was wrong now seems to sleep nearly silently. A very welcome side effect. So overall is it in the same league as say Purple, Nectar and all the high priced stuff? I think so. Is it one helluva deal? You bet!

Bad customer service

I got this mattress Feb 2018 and while it was comfortable at first that's not the case any more. Mattress seems to get some what deform and is not comfortable anymore. Waking up to back pain almost daily. I try to refund/exchange at the store but they told me it needs to be handle by the serta team. I call them and while they seem to care, i got an email a day later saying they can't do anything and it needs to be handle by the store. Went back to the store and guess what? They want serta to handle it. Nobody wants to take accountability for it.

disappointing

i have bought 4 of these mattresses, or at least i tried to. the first one i bought was a king and queen. after hearing amazing reviews i figured i’d give them a chance and after unboxing them and waiting the 48 hours they didn’t blow up all the way and they weren’t comfortable. after being sad about it a month later, a friend told me they got another and it was great. silly me, i decided to give it another shot and i got a full sized since i wouldn’t be sleeping on it regularly. this one actually did inflate but there was a tear on the side of it that i didn’t notice for about a week. i’ve heard so many great things about these mattresses so it was sad to have this happen. lastly, i got one more which was for a family friends birthday present because, against what i said, she wanted to try it out. and no surprise, it didn’t inflate. my fault for believing in the company but i wouldn’t recommend them. luckily, sams club refunded me for the mattresses and we just discarded them ourselves. i wouldn’t recommend these boxed mattresses.

0 Stars! If you don't own a TRUCK don't buy it!

Bought it in club. It will only expand to 10 inches, not 12 inches. If I wanted 10 inches, I would have paid less money for the 10 inch mattress. SERTA won't help if you don't buy it off their website, they send you back to talk to SamsClub. Club says you have to wrap it in plastic shrink wrap and find a way to drive it back to the Club. So if you don't own a Truck, then there's no way a Queen size mattress is going to fit in your car to return it. There is no way to shrink it back up. Ugh... All you get from samsclub is SORRY.
