Gross! They have changed the recipe in an effort to cut corners and maximiize profits I presume. I have had 2 bad bags in a row. Sorry Gorton's you wont get me a 3rd time. The taste is now very fishy, they are drier, and tend to get rock hard on the ends. This was both bags mind you. I threw the first bag out half way through assuming I had just got a bad bag. Its a shame as it was once a good , reliable food staple around our home. I guess we will move on to Mrs. Paul's or something else. The bad bags were purchased months apart so I will not assume it was just a bad batch that I just got unlucky buying the same batch twice.

I haven't eaten fish sticks in years, but these were on sale and I thought they'd be a quick meal for those crazy days. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised - these are REALLY good! In about 14 minutes in the air fryer they were done. The fish was sweet and fresh and the coating was beautifully crisp and crunchy. I'd definitely buy these again

I love these fish sticks. They are whole pollock filet sticks not the minced fish sticks you normally find. This way you know exactly what you're getting instead of having to guess. I put them in our air fryer and they are done in less than twenty minutes. They are crispy and quite tasty. I have used them for fish tacos with corn salsa, cut up in salads or wraps or just as a protein for our main meal. I also love the fact that you can get so many for such a reasonable cost in a resealable bag.
