I have been a loyal Sam’s Club member for years and have always purchased cakes from your bakery. Today, I was informed that I can only order cakes online, which is frustrating enough. But when I checked the website, I was extremely disappointed to find very limited design options—only roses and balloons in pastel, feminine colors. I am ordering a cake for a 90th birthday celebration for a gentleman, and none of these options are appropriate. It’s ridiculous that a company of this size is offering such a small selection, forcing customers into choices that don’t fit their needs. Not everyone wants pink roses or pastel balloons! Please bring back the ability to customize cakes in-store or at least offer a wider variety of designs online.

Beautiful and delicious cake. They did a great job.

The penmanship exhibited on the cake wasn't the best I have seen from the company.
