Ordered a cake for a corporate retirement party and the look of the cake was quite pathetic and embarrassing

Delicious cake. Great for a large party! We ordered 2, one chocolate one white for 100 people. We had more than enough!

Chocolate whippy frosting was amazing, hard to find nowadays. Made exactly to order, delicious, kept nearly a week and stayed delicious the whole time without drying out.

Cake was decorated (nicely) just as we ordered. Pick up was easy. Cost was very, very reasonable. Taste-- a bit dry, but frosting was delish (buttercream). Overall, we were very pleased, and probably will order another cake when we need one!

The cake was awesome. The ordering process with my phone sucked. I got an associate to help me and he struggled with it. Took about a half hour just to order it with help. Not senior citizen friendly!

We got a delicious half sheet cake to celebrate my nephew Stovie and his namesake and uncle Tovie being reunited. Stovie and Tovie are back to being BFF’s, so thank you for the wonderful cake to celebrate the love they share for each other!

They say they make custom cakes but a real hassle to get one. Have to order online and only a few options. Had to actually speak to a manager to get colors we wanted. Finally got it but not without a few calls

I always order my cakes from Sam’s Club. This one sheet cake I ordered a couple weeks ago was very dry. We were disappointed because we always speak so highly about Sam’s Clubs cakes. Everyone who ate the cake said the same thing.

Why is the bottom border a different color? The writing is nice but I do not like that blue bottom border, it should match the top. WORSE though the cake is DRY and hard as a rock. A custom order should be Fresh!!
