The cake was exactly what I ordered. I had Happy Birthday and four names added. The flavor was marble with cool whip frosting. The cake was moist and the whipped frosting was tasty but not too sweet. Everyone at the party enjoyed the cake. I will definitely buy a cake from here again.

The review is actually for your bakery and your deli. The cake was delicious. The decoration was perfect. The handwriting was gorgeous. Really made it a special occasion. I really appreciate you guys on the same day. I picked up the cake. I also had to go and grab 10 rotisserie chickens. as tough as that is to do, you had a phenomenal worker on staff, I believe his name was Eric. Eric was fair in handing out the rotisserie chickens once they were done in the oven he gave me one he gave the waiting customers one gave me another and another so he was like one for you one for me one for you one for me and it worked out perfectly. Everyone was satisfied I was able to get what I needed and we really just wanna say how much we appreciated his customer service that day and he should be commended for it.

We didn’t actually get to customize the cake. Sam’s limits the choices to two different designs and only three color motifs. We asked for whipped frosting and they still gave us buttercream. The customer service, when I asked for help was extremely rude.

Every year I purchase a birthday cake for my granddaughter birthday party. What ever the birthday theme is I got a cake to match. Many of the attending parents made comments about the cake. They were amaized how the cake looked, tasted and the price. I also purchase cupcakes for her school activities. You can't go wrong when you get a Sams cake or cupcakes.

I was delighted with the "Happy 90th Birthday" half-sheet cake I bought from my local Sam's Club. My family could not believe how beautiful, how tasty, and how little the cake cost. I was the hero of the day. The tasty fluffy chocolate cake with the vanilla icing was perfect. The decorations were exactly what I requested. I ordered my cake online which was incredibly easy. The chocolate cake was delicious and SO fresh. The buttercream icing was very good, just a little heavy and there was a pretty thick layer of icing. They did a really nice job decorating the cake. The writing was so neat. Their new process of ordering online was so simple. The same options as before are there, you just have to find them with the way the site is navigated.

I want to take a moment to recognize an extraordinary Sam's Club Manager in the Bakery department located at 5310 S Rice Ave, Houston, TX 77081. Ms. Cynaree is the very best! You are so very lucky to have an employee like her working for you company. She helped me out with my cakes and cupcakes. Even though what I ordered was simple she still took time to get all my information down and the results were amazing! Thank you so much Cynaree! May God bless you forever!

Delicious (had 3 pieces just to make sure). Did the marble and buttercream (so wouldn't have to refrigerate) and turned out well. Two lessons learned...first, I didn't see there was an option for message color, so I messed up on that, so make sure to select that color. Second, I took my pictures to Sams to associate with the online order. She confirmed they were good and cake would be ready for requested pickup day and time. I arrived for pickup and they hadn't incorporated the pictures. She found the pictures in the back and was able to fix the cake in 15 minutes, so super thankful for that. Highly recommend!
