Believe all the reviews that specified misspelled names on cakes. My order was for Ellen, but the cake said Allen. Luckily I had taken a picture of the mock-up of the cake, which clearly said Ellen. I waited at least 45 minutes while 3 people in the bakery tried to fix the spelling. Since it was white frosting with chocolate writing, the mistake was clearly visible after being corrected. The good news was that they credited the cost of the cake to my account. The cake itself was good and very pretty (except for the mess of the name).

We had a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting, and it is hands-down the best-tasting cake we’ve ever had. From the very first bite fresh from Sam's Club to the last bite after it's been frozen, the flavor is rich, the cake is moist and is pure deliciousness every time. The frosting is the best frosting. It complements the cake beautifully without overpowering it, adding just the right touch of creamy decadence.

Flavor was perfect. Decoration was quite questionable.

cake was very good tasting...fresh....The writing on the cake was uncentered and looked like a 5th grader wrote on it. I purchased it for my grandsons birthday and was very disappointed.

The cake was exactly as ordered and ready on time. It was very good as all bakery items are. The cost was excellent for the size and better than other places. I would order again for any occasion.

This was my 1st time ordering a custom cake from Sam's. It was delicious, nicely decorated, and exactly how it was portrayed in the picture. The price was a steal. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I ordered the marble cake. It was beautifully decorated and very moist. Many people at the event asked where I had purchased the cake because they thought it was so good.

Sam's made a very decorative sheet cake for my girl's birthday with gold beads white and gold flowers. The cake itself was a delicious yellow cake and the whipped icing gave it all great flavor. Good buy!

This was a white cake with butter cream icing. It tasted wonderful. Everyone love it, & complimented on how good it was. I will definately get one there again! The ballon decoration was very pretty too.
