Unbelievable! I not only was treated rudely when I picked up my cake, We cut into the cake at my husband party only find out they gave me a marble cake. I specifically ordered yellow due to chocolate allergies!!!! This is unacceptable! Sam's club bakery.... you need to do better.

The writing on the white cake was white! it blended in with the frosting so you can barely read it. I would've asked for someone to outline it with another color but the only person in the bakery when I arrived didnt speak English. She had to use a translator on her phone in order to understand that I was there for a pickup. she was super nice and found my order but I wasnt going to try to explain how you cant tell what was written on the cake using a translator on a phone.

Delicious (had 3 pieces just to make sure). Did the marble and buttercream (so wouldn't have to refrigerate) and turned out well. Two lessons learned...first, I didn't see there was an option for message color, so I messed up on that, so make sure to select that color. Second, I took my pictures to Sams to associate with the online order. She confirmed they were good and cake would be ready for requested pickup day and time. I arrived for pickup and they hadn't incorporated the pictures. She found the pictures in the back and was able to fix the cake in 15 minutes, so super thankful for that. Highly recommend!

the cake and the frosting itself are really good but it's the amount of frosting that was put in the cake there was very little cake with a mountain of frosting on top of it very disappointed in the San Dimas CA bakery this is the 2 and cake I ordered and they were exactly the same way too much frosting

You used to be able to truly customize every aspect of these cakes but now you can’t, since corporate changed their policies. You have to choose from 1 of 3 color combos they provide. You are better off going somewhere else and getting the design and colors you really want.
