Cakes are always in our experience made correctly and on time, price is fantastic, much less expensive than other grocery stores or bakeries. Taste is very good also.

The cake was good, the writing was bleeding a little into the white iced cake, I’m not sure when it was actually decorated. Also the ordering process is not a plus for me. I don’t like paying with my card when it’s not my choice.

Nice cake and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Very convenient and a lot of options for the color of the icing. The person I bought the cake for likes the color teal and that was an option and it turned out nice.

I’ve ordered cakes from Sam’s for years now. They are my favorite. Cake is tasty and the buttercream is good too. They do a great job at decorating and the price is right.

I got two of these sheet cakes for a 50th & 90th birthday party. They were a hit and so good!! I got the whipped topping, one was the marble cake and the other chocolate! The price is excellent!

Designed and ordered the cake online the It was easy and came out great. It was ready at the time I selected and pickup was easy. The whole process was painless.

We ordered a marble cake several days in advanced, on the day before it was to be picked up, we were called to be told they could only do a vanilla cake. Just a little dissappointing for our daughter.

I asked to have no sprinkles on my cake and they had sprinkles all over it and this was for older people and nobody wanted sprinkles so we had a scrape off the sprinkles which then made it look ugly.

Cake was wonderful as usual. Friend was disappointed becuase the cookie cake is her favorite and my childrens favorite too. However, would have preferred the cookie cake which I have been told is discontinued. Please bring back the cookie!

Online ordering doesnt allow to have the cake ddcorated like before. Now we have to settle for plain cakes...doesn't give options for tres leches cakes. Its not likeable at all..
