Cake was moist and flavorful. Vanilla buttercream frosting had balanced sweetness. What was better than the cake was the bakery staff at the Hodgkins, Illinois Sam's Club.

Sam’s Cake are Not What They Were! This used to me my go to for all cakes to celebrate any occasion! No more! This will be my last Sam’s birthday cake. The cakes are no good anymore and the decorations are just mediocre.

Sam's Cake are always good and their customer service is the best. One thing i would really like to see is for Sam's to bring back the cake made of cupcakes. it is perfect no cutting or plates needed. Thank you

Miscommunication on the date the cake should have been ready. I tried to be proactive and confirm but the extension to the bakery just rung and rung and rung.
