cake was wonderful, ordering on line was easy. Only down fall was they misspelled the name, instead of Patty, they put Patti. I know its kind of picky but it was ordered online and spelled correctly on the order.

I've never had a bad experience with cakes from Sam's. They're never dry, the whipped icing is just the way I like it (sweet but not sugary sweet), & the value is incredible.

They gave the cake I ordered to someone else, I had to wait for them to decorate another one again. I don't blame the staff because they were efficient in acting quickly but they should focus more and not deliver wrong orders.

Sam's Cake are always good and their customer service is the best. One thing i would really like to see is for Sam's to bring back the cake made of cupcakes. it is perfect no cutting or plates needed. Thank you

I was very disappointed with the decorations on my cake. The baker had left for the day so one of the employees tried to redo the decorations. The cake was so large and the writing was so TINY and most of the decorations was just white space.

Word “congratulations” misspelled on the cake. The 1st “t” was totally left out. The 2nd “t” was totally distorted. Super embarrassing since the cake was presented to new volunteers by a judge.

Nice cake and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Very convenient and a lot of options for the color of the icing. The person I bought the cake for likes the color teal and that was an option and it turned out nice.

These cakes are the way to go all the way especially the one that you can put the picture on. It is everything it was so fresh and delicious. I ordered the marble for my daughter 16th birthday.

Not happy with the new way you have to order cakes on line only I'm old school and I don't do online anything they need to go back to letting you order through the customer service at the bakery

Awfully dry white custom cake with very brown bottom and top brown covered in frosting -- over baked. Should not have been sold. Never again. G Skrzypek
