I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter who is a preschool teacher and her students wanted to surprise her. The cake was ready when they said it would be and it had exactly the wording I asked for. The cake was beautiful and the children loved it. (one suggestion: they truly need a counter in the bakery department when you go in and order)

The new system to order online only even when you are at the store it's really bad. It doesn't allow you to properly customize the cakes. I used to be able to pick a theme and still change the colors on the frosting to match our celebration better, but now this option is gone. Also, smaller cakes with Cupcakes were available. And now they are not It also forces you to pay with a credit card even though this item used to be EBT eligible. If you want to have a online option, that's okay, but bring back the option to do it on paper at the store so I can get it properly customized.

ONLINE ordering is difficult to navigate. Chosen custom design fails to appear on the checkout page. The image is a representation of the "white" unfinished cake without the custom design. Cannot retrieve the custom design particulars even when using the "back" option. Called the bakery and after a few calls, finally answered and the person could not offer any solutions to this issue. She transferred me to member services who never answered. Called again, chose member services option- no answer. I could not finalize my order until I was assured it would be as I had desired. Pre-pay requirement is uncalled for especially with this type of uncertainty. Awkward. I can see maybe a deposit, but not full amount. This system needs a total revamp to assure members are getting what they are order once paid in full. I would not recommend this function until it is majorly tweaked!

Got a cake for my brother 8th Bday & everyone loved it. We got the chocolate flavor 🫶🏾

Cake looked great and tasted great

Cake wasn’t written the way I asked

I was really happy with the service and the product. The cake was complimented by several people.

Cake was good but the pickup experience was confusing with no one working in the bakery department

Excellent value for the money!
