The cake was absolutely delicious and very nicely decorated. I used the custom cake option which I only found out about after visiting my local Sam’s Club. The app puts all the responsibility on the customer which is intimidating after being accustomed to working with the bakery staff. I’d order again now that I know how to use the app. I feel for anyone who is not tech savvy.

I order a Cake with my son picture on it and first off it wasn't ready when i got there. Second the picture was die ways. I told the girl about it. She took the cje and tried to fix it but it old got worst. I was so disappointed but i was at the poit where i just took it.

Upon picking up my cake at a scheduled time, there was no one in the bakery to assist me. i WAITED 34 minutes before a random employee took the initiative to help me (just had to hand me my cake). When I got the cake the writing was white in color...just like the icing so you could barely read the inscription. Waited another 15 min for someone to come and fix the cake, howeve4r nobody showed up....not even a manager. So I just took the because it was already paid for and hurried to the party for my mother's 85th birthday

The cakes were absolutely delicious and we received many compliments. I was a little disappointed with the attention to detail with the decorating, but for the price you can't be too picky. It would have been nice to have the option of selecting a block font for the writing on one of the cakes.

Although the cake was pretty and tasted great, I don't like the online only ordering. There isn't any way to to be able to get the message on the cake print it out the way you want it.. Plus, you used to be able to get sprinkles or something added to the cake which isn't possible now.

The buttercream frosting never forms a crust or gets firm. I am not sure what has changed with their cakes, but highly disappointed. The cake itself was much better than the tiered round cake I’ve purchased in the past. But the same problem again, with the quality of buttercream or lack there of.

I ordered the white cake and buttercream frosting. The cake was thick, moist and yum! The buttercream frosting was not good. Tasted more like shortening with a small amount of butter. I liked the ability to customize and order online, but wish there were more customizations (like fillings). This cake does not have a frosted middle. I would buy again and try the whipped topping frosting.

Sadly, my cake wasn’t ready when I came to pick it up, the cake I got (marble) was dry. While the bakery help tried SO hard to make the cake what I had asked-it was subpar. There was SOOOOO much icing on it, the border wasn’t what I asked for (blue-she put yellow) and the writing was awful. I hate to give a bad review, but it’s sadly the truth.

The cake was very moist and well made. While the decorations were nice, the amount of options did not come close to the cake I ordered the previous year. I was disappointed only in the options, but I knew that when I placed the ordered, but it was made nicely.

I was disappointed to discover that there are many limitations on the new required online ordering for custom bakery cakes. You can't order 1/4 sheet cakes and the icing color choices are extremely limited. The cake itself was tasty, but the limitations may prevent me from ordering again in the future.
