The cake was exactly as ordered and ready on time. It was very good as all bakery items are. The cost was excellent for the size and better than other places. I would order again for any occasion.

The taste is great but the design is not. I used to order my cakes in store and able to use the cake catalog. The online only order option limits the type of design. Very disappointing.

Ordered on line and was ready for pickup when it was supposed to be with message beautifully spaced. Our big group loved it. Absolutely delicious chocolate marble cake with butter cream frosting!

The cake itself was delicious but the ordering process was terrible. Not many options for customizing. It was so much better being able to go in person to order. Very disappointed to find out that is no longer an option

The cake was outstanding and decorated beautifully but I was some what restricted on design. I wish I could have had more personal input in that area as we used to be able to do at my local Sam's

Very nicely done. Delicious white cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. My only complaint is that I would have preferred more color options for the decoration on the cake.

The cake was very good. Very limited on designs sine you have to order online. Rised or balloons. Also when I shop at Sam’s I order and do curb side pick up. They would not allow this with the cake. It is very difficult for me to walk and bakery is in far back corner of the store. I didn’t know if I used an electric cart if the cake would fit in that basket. So it could be more convenient!

I ordered this cake for a class reunion and it was perfectly decorated and the writing on the cake was neat and easy to read. Sometimes flowers are sloppy and the writing is barely able to be read, but this cake was perfect in every way. The marble cake itself was fresh and moist, and the frosting complemented it nicely, without being overly sweet. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the cake.

The process was really convenient, but you don’t have much to choose from. Also, the website is Not user friendly so my happy birthday writing was white on the white whip. You couldn’t even see the Happy Birthday message. Other than that cost is very good.

Cake as always delicious, not a fan that when you go to the store to order you have to now order online, also not a fan of you only giving us 4 color options, Just wish we have the option to choose the colors we want on our cake since you are paying it. I use to work in a bakery and when we decorated cake, we did as the customer asked.
