The last 3 cakes i purchased from Sam's club i ordered all of them just white with a shell trim (easy online order) i also ordered edible paper cake topper for my perfect cakes. Everyone has asked where i have gotten them as a lot of stores have a drier cake. Sams wasnt dry at all. I recommend them to everyone. Its made my occasions less hectic. And the people at my store are super friendly and helpful.

The cakes are so delicious! Though they are a single layer cake with no filling they taste so good. Well worth the value. And the best part, you can give them any image and they will place it on the cake (edible imagery). It was a ‘wow’ by the party guests when they saw the cake. Everyone wanted to know where I was able to get a personalized cake that tasted so good. Great college send off cake that will be remembered by all.

the cake was done wrong, the picture was wrinkled up on the cake and went I went back to get it fixed they could not redo the cake, I had to purchase a cake not decorated and find someone to decorated which cost me extra money. Not mention the customer service was awful and the lady in the bakery gave me attitude.

Getting the cake ordered was not easy. I made a special trip to order the cake per the directions of an employee from a previous visit to get instructions. When I got there I was told I had to order on line only. Online will not allow you to purchase a full sheet cake with two flavors. I couldn't get the ruffled edging on the sides like the committee wanted. The ruffles appears to be available only on one cake. We wanted to use our logo for the event and I was told I would have to come back after ordering the cake with the receipt and a release form for the logo. All that information was different than the original information I was given. The cake was excellent but the process to get it ordered is horrible.

The cake was delicious, especially the icing. That is why I am giving 4 stars. The service was terrible. I was not greeted, and essentially asked what I needed as if I were a nuisance. The only reason I will order this again is that it is the best value for the price. It feeds a crowd and the taste is great.

The cake was amazing. I ordered a half sheet marble cake with whipped frosting and everyone loved it. The service by the bakery employees was professional and point on. They are so nice and made sure everything was perfect. The cost of the cake was another surprise. The grocery stores in my area are charging twice as much for half the product. Thank you so much!

So many issues. I ordered a custom cake online but it’s not really custom with only 3 color choices for roses. I tried to cancel the cake but was told I couldn’t. When I went to get the cake the frosting was not smooth across the top/ it had digits. It looked like they didn’t use a smaller piping tip to write the message so you couldn’t tell what it said and the piping around the sides was a mess with portions missing. The only bright side was that the cake tasted good.

There's a lady that appears to be in charge that took my order. She helped me order online. The only mistake was Happy birthday was written in red and my mother dislikes that color and I had ordered green letters. The lady, I wish I knew her name, was so sweet about correcting the writing. I hated being petty but I wanted my mom's 90 birthday cake to be perfect. Which it was. We do wish we could get half chocolate and half white, the cake was great, beautiful, my mom loved it. I especially like the attitude of the lady that helped me. I've ordered 2 cakes from Sam's and both times the people were very helpful.

While it was nice that you can custom pick the frosting color, the cake was low in volume and full of frosting and does not feed 72 piece at an average size serving. It would have to be a very narrow piece of cake. Serves more like 30. Also, it would be nice to have a filling even if you have to pay a little more. The taste of the frosting could improve. It seem to have no taste. Price was okay but be willing to pay a little more for an option of a filling like chocolate moose or fruit filling.

Tasty but not attractive. The writing looks like my six-year-old wrote it. It had sloppy edges in the writing. Not at all like I've ordered in the past. The taste of the cake was a different story. Cake was moist and delicious and not overly sweet. I would order again, maybe just go without the writing unfortunately.
