I was told to pick up my cake. When I got there the cake had not been done and they said the machine was broken to print the photo for the cake. I was in a bind because I needed the cake for an event. I had to quickly order one somewhere else and pay double. Sam’s should have notified me early that the machine was broken so I had time to go somewhere else. They were not super apologetic but they did give me a refund. I think they should have done more as this was super inconvenient. They could have offered to pay for the new cake or given me a discount on future purchases. They seemed bothered that I was bothered.

We did a picture transfer cake. It was amazing. They did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations. You cant get such a fresh, delicious, and personalized cake for this price anywhere else! This is the perfect choice for any event, budget and family looking to celebrate with a delicious cake.

The worst customer service ever. Employees were wearing earbuds and I Had to wait for service for more than five minutes. Gave the employees my name and confirmation email number and they still could not find my cake. After multiple attempts to find the cake. Another employee With earbuds in her ears asked me what do I need in a rude attitude. I explained that I was picking up a cake. This is my name and this is my confirmation number and they still could not find it after I had to get upset. The two employee with the worst attitude and no customer service help. I will never use Sam’s bakery again.

Got to Sam’s and my cake was completely wrong. There was no one to fix it. This was very disappointing. The service at Sam’s and the quality of work has really gone down . Management response is sorry, it there is none to fix it. They have al left for the day.

The cake itself was good...tasty, not dry. The decorations were below par. The writing looks like a third grader did it. It ruined the cake's looks. A few months before I ordered this one, the decorations were superb! What a difference with this one.

Cake was great, ordering it was painful. If you can't log in to your Sam's account on your phone, you can't order a cake. If you have to enlarge print on phone to read it, you can't see enough of the page to know what you're doing on the order. Could you have a paper hard copy order form available for low tech customers?

The cake was delicious, the icing (whipped) tasted fine. As for the decoration was average. However, the writing was PURELY JUVENILE. It was simple….(no problem), “Happy Birthday Laura”….looked like it was written by a 3rd grade student. 😕😔 This was a big cake, kinda embarrassing to bring to a party. 😳😬

Normally we love our cakes from there. They’ve changed the ordering so you have to do it online and not all the image numbers are on there and quarter sheet cakes are no longer available. We got our cake and there was a giant seam down the middle of the paw patrol picture.

The graphic printing machine was malfunctioning and printing wrinkly images, and the bakery did not let me know. They proceeded with the order, and when I picked up the cake, it had a notably low quality graphic but it was too late for me to order from elsewhere. They tried to fix it, but couldn’t do so without making the cake worse. The hand-lettered text was also off-center. I will not order a cake from Sam’s Club again.

I ordered this customized cake for my sister's birthday and when I carried it to my car the cover popped open and the icing rubbed all over my shirt.. it's really not easy to put the lid back on. Then at the party trying to put the cake on the table, it broke in half!!
