The review is actually for your bakery and your deli. The cake was delicious. The decoration was perfect. The handwriting was gorgeous. Really made it a special occasion. I really appreciate you guys on the same day. I picked up the cake. I also had to go and grab 10 rotisserie chickens. as tough as that is to do, you had a phenomenal worker on staff, I believe his name was Eric. Eric was fair in handing out the rotisserie chickens once they were done in the oven he gave me one he gave the waiting customers one gave me another and another so he was like one for you one for me one for you one for me and it worked out perfectly. Everyone was satisfied I was able to get what I needed and we really just wanna say how much we appreciated his customer service that day and he should be commended for it.

Cake was good but not ready on time. I was there on time. Came back an hour later then 2 1/2 hours later. Still not ready. The person I talked to had no sympathy or anything & was actually pretty rude. I live in a different town and thankfully the party was the next day so I had to go back the next morning to pick it up. The cake itself was good and it was decorated ok. & the price was very good other than the gas to go back.

It was the cutest PEPPA Pig cake and it was PERFECT for my 3 y/o’s birthday ♥️ Thank you sooooo much to the cake decorator and the person that I talked to!!!! The Lexington Sam’s has messed my kids bday cakes up the last 3 years 1 year it looked like crap, 2 &3 year my “paper got lost” I’m so glad they put it all digital and I trusted the Nicholasville Sam’s Club. I am BEYOND impressed with their customer service and the bakery!! Thank you guys SO much!

Cake as always delicious, not a fan that when you go to the store to order you have to now order online, also not a fan of you only giving us 4 color options, Just wish we have the option to choose the colors we want on our cake since you are paying it. I use to work in a bakery and when we decorated cake, we did as the customer asked.

Got to Sam’s and my cake was completely wrong. There was no one to fix it. This was very disappointing. The service at Sam’s and the quality of work has really gone down . Management response is sorry, it there is none to fix it. They have al left for the day.

Had it for mom’s 90th birthday. They did a great job with the decoration. It was moist and tasted great. Getting it done for her party in Michigan ordering from Florida was ok. The store in Michigan did a great job in making some changes with the coloring that wasn’t available when ordering online.

This cake is delicious, light, and the right amount of sweet. We purchased the photo cake and were pleased with the graphics. Talk to your bakers in person if you want the photo cake option - there is no where to upload the graphics on the website.

I ordered the cake online and was so impressed with the quality. From the ease of ordering annd the amount of customization available —the entire process was so easy and convenient. Everyone loved the cake and buttercream frosting. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

This 1/2 sheet cake is very tasty. Choice of white or dark cake and buttercream or whipped topping. Nice decorating, message etc. Included. We were very happy with everything about it, especially the price. Literally half of what Hy-Vee charges for a not nearly as good cake of same size.

You guys really exceeded my expectations. Stephanie was the main rock star, who made sure that everything fell in place, since I live out of state and did everything online, but I was in constant contact with Stephanie who took care of my order, and it was perfect. Thank you for being professional and following thru with all details. It's really hard to find good employees like Stephanie any more. Please cherish and appreciate the gem you have in your presence.
