The colors on the cake nor the design was not as ordered. When brought to the attention of a bakery worker they said there was nothing they could do. The birthday party was the same day so we had no option other than to purchase. If we had another option we would not have purchased.

Tasty but not attractive. The writing looks like my six-year-old wrote it. It had sloppy edges in the writing. Not at all like I've ordered in the past. The taste of the cake was a different story. Cake was moist and delicious and not overly sweet. I would order again, maybe just go without the writing unfortunately.

The chocolate cake was delicious and SO fresh. The buttercream icing was very good, just a little heavy and there was a pretty thick layer of icing. They did a really nice job decorating the cake. The writing was so neat. Their new process of ordering online was so simple. The same options as before are there, you just have to find them with the way the site is navigated.

The cake was very good. Very limited on designs sine you have to order online. Rised or balloons. Also when I shop at Sam’s I order and do curb side pick up. They would not allow this with the cake. It is very difficult for me to walk and bakery is in far back corner of the store. I didn’t know if I used an electric cart if the cake would fit in that basket. So it could be more convenient!

Order was completely wrong I submitted a picture for the cake and not on the cake and order whipped icing and got buttercream. It was a cake for celebration of Life for my father in law. The only thing that was correct was color of icing and the wording Farewell Carlos

The cake itself is great. Only being able to order online is horrible. The amount of customization is drastically reduced online compared to ordering in store. My wife ordered the cake and right after she placed the order she saw that she placed it for the wrong date. There was no way to edit the date or even cancel the order online. I had to go into the store to have them change the date which is ridiculous.

This was the perfect cake for my daughter's bridal shower. I ordered the chocolate cake with choco frosting and piping and added my own decorations. It was fresh, tasty and oh so chocolatey! The half sheet was the perfect size, easy to order and a great value compared to other grocery store and fancy bakeries in my area. It was ready for pickup less than 24 hours after I placed order. Will definitely buy again for other events and have recommended it to others.

Unfortunately this was a bad experience for me. The decor on the cake had happy birthday all over it even though it said ‘best wishes.’ And around the cake were these huge horrible ball sprinkles which could cause someone to need dental work. The wording in the cake was cramped into one line instead of the ample space below. There was two huge thumb prints in the icing on the side. They were very flexible with me because I had to change the date of pick up last minute, which was very helpful. But overall I was a little disappointed.

I was getting this for a 90th Bday I was traveling in from out of town and ordered it online. I just did plain white with white pipping and nothing else for we would be adding our own decorations, this cake was maybe an 1 inch thick if that, it got even smaller on the edges/corners or the cake. Flavor was good and that is the reason I will give it 3 stars. I have bought cakes from Sams before but in California and this one I bought in Santa Fe New Mexico I can say what a difference.

The cake tasted fine, but they did not have the correct cake prepared when I picked it up. I did not realize this until I got back to the office; it was supposed to be whipped frosting and not butter cream. I called the bakery, they asked me to bring back the cake and they made me a new one. Luckily, I still had 1 hour until the bday celebration and had time to make the switch.
